So this store is really good, and may just be one of the primary reasons why I always have a little less $$ in my bank account but it is the people that work here that I want to highlight. These guys are wood workers and craftsmen. It’s like they love woodworking so much that they decided to work there (the thought has crossed my mind 😬). I really appreciate the enthusiasm and knowledge these guys have. I can explain what I’m trying to do or what I’m stuck in and they have expertise to come up with alternative ideas. Just terrific folks. I have also introduced a few of my fiends to Rockler’s classes. My friends were complete novices but really enjoyed the two “make and take” classes we all attended. One was a cutting board class and the other was a pen turning class. If you have not checked out there classes, I highly suggest you do. If you have not visited this Rockler, I suggest you do! My only complaint is how much money I spend here 😁, so be careful when you come… they have a terrific inventory of some pretty terrific things. I am very thankful to have this store so close. And to the staff, keep up the good work all!

BTW, I added some pictures to highlight some of the hardwood/plywood/machinery I have purchased at Rockler, but mostly to brag lol 😉!

I love this place.

I don’t like ordering certain things online, and this location has a lot of things for my projects. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I think between all the workers they know everything and will direct you to the best person to get a clear answer.

They have sells just about every week and I score lots of cool things.

There are plenty of jigs, saws, clamps, and other things set up so you can really get a feel for the things.

You can get almost any material that can be made from wood. There was a friendly staff member who was able to answer any questions I had right away. Be sure to go when you're bored. It's a really nice place.

Rockler in Rocklin is a great place for your woodworking needs. Knowledgeable folks, who ask you if you need assistance. I’ve been a wood enthusiast for a long time, usually don’t need assistance. But I just purchased a 750 cfm mobile dust collector, getting the right connectors to smaller tools was taking several trips. So the assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks

Went in for some hinges and a countersink bit. The staff was helpful without standing over you. When I asked, they gave me suggestions on future classes and what all is included. The hinges i bought were quality. I will be going back again.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CLASS THAT THE STORE OFFERS: I took an introductory cabinet making class here recently. $145 for a 3 hour class. I definitely would not recommend it.

The 3 hour class was over in 37m. The miniature cabinet that he assembled was pre-cut and pre drilled. Not much different than assembling Ikea furniture, except you're watching the employee build it.

Skip this class and just watch YouTube for free. The guy teaching the class was nice, That's the only reason this isn't 1-star.

Nice convenient space for turning stock and supplies. Great selection of Eye Candy pigments and casting supplies. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly staff and well organized products.
