Michael Martin Murphy is a New Mexico treasure! We enjoyed him and his friends, singing and playing in the tall pines by a mountain lake in Red River, NM. The accompanying BBQ dinner at the 3M Chuckwagon was outstanding! It was all you could eat with plenty of brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, beans, cornbread, and peach cobbler ala mode for dessert. Red River is always special, but attending this show made our visit there one of the best ever!

A MUST! We had a family of nine and everyone really enjoyed the show. Michael Martin Murphy is such a fabulous entertainer. The delicious dinner catered in by Texas Reds was so delicious. This was a fabulous event. GO! You won't regret it.

Great evening, includes amazing bbq dinner, peach cobbler, and of course the amazing storytelling and songs of Michael Martin Murphy! Highly recommended! As a bonus, my lady picked about 5 kilos of boleto mushrooms within a few hundred yards of the venue. We also took my mom and after the show got a great photo of the worlds number one cowboy singer with my mother. Intimate evening, we had huge smiles on our faces the whole time. Upon arrival at home she dehydrated them and now we have the fixings for soup all winter!

This is a beautiful venue. BBQ provided by Texas Red's during the opening night of the 8750 Music Festival was really good as well.

Awesome show, beautiful atmosphere. Murph isn't the only great thing about the venue, even if he is the most well known. Love hearing Gary, Carin, and Chevelle as well.

Attended on 7/20. Wow the venue was beautiful. The food was good though they ran out of side dishes towards the end of the buffet line. Heard them say they had overbooked; thus not enough table sitting in the stage area as well. Enjoyed the music; but not so much the song choices especially for a child friendly venue. Did not enjoy all the commentary and opinions of the artist between his singing. Without all of that we could have heard probably double the songs. A loss. Would attend the venue but not this artist again.
