Near perfect place an epicenter of things to do. It would be great if they added a Barnes and Noble to the old Christmas tree shop location. A mini golf at the top of sears and bowling on the bottom of the old sears. This would cement the Rockaway Town square area as the place to go if you want a fun night out.

Love this location! Tons of options...very busy but not terribly over-packed. The Target is nice, well-stocked. Huge parking lot. Masked encouraged.

Great mall has AMC theatre where we saw “Minions” latest movie. Not very crowded mall with variety of stores and indoor children’s playground. Great clean restroom next to children’s playground in front of JC Penny Store

With all the online shopping these days, it's nice to have an in person alternative. The property does need more stores though. Since the big boys departed, it's missing more of those big store types of options. Malls need to evolve and have more attractions to go along with the shopping experience.

A lot of great stores in the area, and my favorite movie theater to go to.

Lots of changes inside the mall for the stores. Sears space is still unoccupied. Popular with the kids (mall + Target). Roads were patched, through there's still some improvement that can be made. A couple of free EV charging spots and a large Tesla 150kW supercharger
