You have stated that you want proof that you are double-dealing or another way to put it doing unfair business practices look at the bill that I have put in this picture that my mother received as of today it says late fee of nine dollars you just charged her nine dollars before and you double charging her if you will not correct this, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau for your behavior once again you have a double standard and are double charging my mother please stop this I guess you like to threaten people with creditors and you enjoy watching other people suffer well you are quite sad to be honest because you are sending creditors for a measly amount of 16 dollars and sum change which will cost you more than to admit you are in the wrong money vampire is what you are once again you have lied about the fact that it was late according to the picture from the post office money order it was sent in four days time. How can you continually lie and expect to keep customers? It did not take no two weeks it took four days and yet you continually lie and try and bleed me dry I guess you won’t leave me alone because you sent me another bill and added more charges to the bill and made it worse and it is now 30 dollars you are crooks and I am reporting to the BBB about your behavior okay you want to double deal then try denying the certified letter that you received and you have been reported

I ordered pants from them. They left off part of my address so the item was not delivered. It was returned and I was only issued a partial refund. They said they could not resend it because I used Paypal. Will not use them again!

I put in an order July 1st for 3 items. The shipping came up $15 for $40 worth the stuff. Nothing was coming and my orders from other places came in days. 7/14 one item came. Checked on the others and the end of August and the end of October. I live in the Northeast, so those dates were useless. Spoke to a rep and a supervisor was supposed to call. No call. Emailed and received the ridiculous dates of almost 4 months . Sent another email, no response. Called and officially cancelled the last two. Asked about shipping refund, couldn’t understand what she said other that I got a discount on the items. Again requested a supervisor and was told she could leave a now, but no guarantee anyone will call. I would hear in 5 days about a refund. I will never shop with Roman’s again.

I placed an order last May and they did not have the item, but they charged me anyway and told me to use a credit to get something else. They did not offer me a refund, and there was really nothing I really wanted, but I did order replacement items and they didn't fit at all so had to return them. They charged me a processing fee to return the items I ordered. Now, 3 months later they ship me the original item I had ordered (which they had told me they would never have again) without my knowledge and charged my credit card. When I called, they said I would have to pay a processing fee again to return it. The item was shipped out on 8/14/23 and I received an email on 8/15/23 saying order was on the way and the item arrived on Friday 8/18/23. By the time I saw the email I had to wait until the 16th to call and tell them not to send it out, but it was already on the way. The item should never have been sent to me without my consent, and my credit card should NEVER have been charged again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! The quality is poor, the sizes are off and the customer service is horrible. I think it is stealing to send something out that I was told they would never have again. They should have contacted me well before it was shipped and I should have been given the option to not get the item. This is really a minus star review.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I had to call 5 times today and finally left a message for their corporate offices. Not only did they not honor their own promotions, when I received my confirmation email they listed out each price, promotion amount, S/H, tax. The subtotal was wrong and the total order amount was more than the already incorrect total. They refuse to credit back the discrepancy. If corporate does make this right I will be happy to change this review.

I purchased 4 women's t-shirts and 1 pair of pants from Roaman's. I was charged $24.98 for shipping to me even though the package only weighed 4 lbs. The fit wasn't right on any of the shirts or the pants so I had to return it all. They charged me $10.99 shipping for the return. So basically, I paid $35.97 for the privilege of trying on some clothing from Roaman's and not keeping any of it. I will not buy from them again.

Ordered on May 20th expedited shipping. Was to arrive the 25th of May. Tracking order via UPS label created package not received. Billed and notified that package was shipped. No movement on UPS, package still not received. Engagement with CS is fruitless. Tried to get the same items shipped on their dime two day delivery. Was told that can't be done or ensure that it would make two days. They can't call their Distribution center to find out the issue with the order. Instead they have my money and I have to wait until the 10th of June to get a potential refund. They have a policy which they will not amend, I asked for my refund now. Meanwhile I am out a dress for a special even this Friday, they have my money and they did refund my expedited shipping. Sad I have been buying from FullBeauty Brands, of which Roamans is one of them, for years and now these responses. Even supervisor was not helpful. Please don't buy from any of their brands, this is not acceptable and their policy is keep your money while you get nothing. Trust me I am tracking down someone in corporate who will also hear my story.
