I first stopped here almost a year ago and was very impressed with this very nice station. In the last year I have been through at least once a month and I am witnessing what poor upkeep and management can door to run something down. The first time I stopped there all paper towel dispensers were full, both soap dispensers worked and the hand dryer worked. The bathroom was in clean order.

Slowly over my last several visits they have gotten down to one empty soap dispenser, the paper towel dispenser is empty, the second paper towel dispenser had urinal pucks drying in it and only two of the three faucets were functional.

These are all minor issues that I've been allowed to snowball from being a nice restroom that might have had one broken thing they could have fixed into what amounts to a disaster.

I will be back through here in a month and will give the station one more chance. If they have cleaned up their act I will continue to stop here and buy my fuel and snacks as well as update my review. If not I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

UPDATE: Stopped in on Christmas week 2019 and things were a lot cleaner, more soap and towels in the bathroom. No more urinal puck holders hanging around. Good start, I raised the review to 3 stars. A little more work and it could be at 4 where it should be.

I only gave one star because zero stars was not possible. If you look through my reviews, you see that I don't do many and some of them are positive. I'm not one of those out-to-get-you types of reviewers. I am extremely disappointed with this business, however, because we desperately needed a place to stop for our students after a very late football game. My husband and I had personally been to this store weeks before to check it out in advance and we were told that yes, the store is open 24 hours and yes, our students would be welcome. When our bus pulled up, however, the clerk locked the door and refused to allow us to enter. We tried to call that night and again the next day and no one answered. While we were there we tried to communicate with the clerk who was inside by trying to speak with him through the glass door, but he refused to communicate with us. As our bus pulled away, I witnessed the clerk walk back to the door and unlock it. This is shameful, shameful, shameful. I want to commend the Love's store in Morrilton who readily accommodated us with utmost professionalism. I will be leaving a positive review for them. Warning to travelers - do not stop at this Road Runner store. They do not want your business.

They are friendly. The place us clean. Itnis fairly easy to get in and out of. But their hame egg and cheese biscuits are horrible. I just got 2. And threw them in the trash. I can make better biscuits with dirt. Shame on you guys. Do better.

Some of the employees are rude. The asm especially has no interest in being there. The bathrooms are always closed for "cleaning" and it seems like they cant keep help there. Maybe consider some new management and keep the people who want to actually do the job with at least half a smile.

This is a nice gas station with clean restrooms! My family and I travel through here often, and we like stopping at this gas station. It is well lit at night and the cashier's are usually very friendly and helpful. Prices are average in comparison to most gas station and they have a good selection of drinks and snacks for the road.

Wonderful service . Everyone had a great attitude and was at least coming to work every day and maintain there daily task to make me feel I'm in a positive convenient store.

Lots of gas pumps so there's not much waiting . They do offer some hot food and it's fixed there. Not home cooking, but it's good. Had the corn nuggets yumm. It seems clean Everytime we stop. The lot also. Staff is friendly.
