The best convenience store in the Loop Chicago. Has everything one needs and then some, whether rain or shine. Everything from snacks to cards, lotto tickets, drinks, and more!

The sweet owner persevered throughout the pandemic when friendly, assuring eyes behind the mask was so welcomed when walking through Ogilvie to get to my train or to the office.

I visit this convenience store at Ogilive every day, and it’s always a great experience. The owner is friendly and efficient, and the store is always clean and well-organized. They have a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials, so I can always find what I need quickly. The location is perfect for anyone commuting through the Metra, and I appreciate the quick service even during busy times. Highly recommend for anyone in the area

I want to return the money for the winnings, the seller refuses, gives me a new ticket for the previous one.
I want to buy new lottery tickets, he refuses me.
put things in order here.

Full explanation added below.
Today i came to this place at 2 N Riverside Plaza, Chicago, IL 60606. I wanted to exchange my ticket for a $1 prize i won (lotto LuckyDay).
I wanted a refund for my winnings. I show the ticket - to which he answers me, you took a new ticket, i said no. I purchased it on 06.08.2024, won and want to withdraw my money. But the seller prints out a new ticket and gives it to me. Refuses in win and gives me a new ticket for the previous one.
This happened not just once, but the second time.
He issues a new ticket (lotto LuckyDay) instead of winnings.
After i repeatedly ask for my winnings, he angrily gives me the $1 winnings.
He raises his voice when talking. I asked him if you were okay, he said -no.
After that, i wanted to buy new lottery tickets, but he refused me without explanation.
I asked the administrator to resolve these issues, but he said that he was not there.
Now what you re saing about me is not true, "that i visited hardworking small businesses all over Chicago and gave them "clean up the mess" feedback."
I always bought lottery tickets only here (2 N Riverside Plaza, Chicago, IL 60606).
But i have no desire to come here anymore.
There are many other decent places in Chicago where you can buy lottery tickets, but i dont recommend this place.

Great location to stop by for lotto tickets right off the Ogilvie station. This location has provided me with jackpots for both scratchers and fast play. A must visit for winners.
