Everything there is kind of chaotic. There's nothing wrong with the strip mall itself, but especially next to Target, it is very packed and hard to drive around. There are some trash stores, like GNC and See's Candy, or clucking chicken, but there are also plenty of good stores. You have total wine, you have Target, you have big five... And some more. Even a $5 store. I like the stores, but I hate the parking lot and the layout.

Arrived on a Friday morning around 11am. About all the business we're open. The parking lot was busy with plenty of traffic.
The shopping center has many anchor retailers, Target, Big 5, See's Candies, Sprouts to name a few.
There are also many places to eat, such as Mimi's Cafe, Big Chicken, 88*Bakery and a few more eateries.
The shopping center is well maintained. It's a busy shopping center with plenty of vehicles passing thru.

okay so I went here to get flashlights from big five and spun a lap around the place and during my walk around the shopping center, I was almost attacked by some guy in a wig who resembled me...what I found very odd was how this madman who nearly took my head off had a handful of mail in one hand and a bright and shiny new laser in his other hand all happy to hurt someone....

Went to tiney's subs, not good at all. Bread not fresh. Very little meat, was charged for a " special" as I got turkey n bacon.... 2 pieces of bacon, one for each side of stale bread. Never would I recommend to anyone or go there again. So disappointing. Waaaayyyyy over priced. Skinpy on the lettuce and tomatoe too. Just WOW!

So… is there anything wrong with this place? No, not really but is there anything special about this place? No, not really so it gets three stars which equals,okay.

The good side is that it felt safe and lots of parking. The stores were okay but very suburban. It really could have been almost any strip mall in Southern California suburbs.

The bad side was a lot of trash on the ground. That made it feel much less nice.

A very large shopping center with Target, Sprouts, See's Candy, Golden Spoons, and several other restaurants and stores. The parking is always difficult dispite the large parking lot. If you want to go to Target I recommend the other one because it is newer and it is less crowded. There is also a nice fountain and outdoor area to rest while eating.
