Purchased a water and took one drink only to find out it was not very cold. Tammy the attendant was unwilling to exchange it for a cold bottle. Terrible experience. She kept saying, but you drank from the bottle. This is true. But only a sip and realized it was not very cold. She also added. They may very well be warm. I just can on shift. Just not at all hospitable to an out of town guest. .

They broadcast poison propaganda lies. I went in there to buy stuff for flight and i heard broadcasted that Joe Biden has had a historic successful presidency (while our country is falling apart) and that it is over shadowed by Trump. When describing Trump they said that he drops nukes and said a bunch of other lies. So I put my stuff back because I can't support lying organizations trying to influence American idiots that don't know any better because they are puppets. Makes me sick what our "news" stations have become. Shame on you for spreading this evil lying hate just so you can have power. And shame on anyone else for buying their stuff. Also. The rivercity store across the hall is PROUDLY owned by the same company.

Went in to purchase 3 items and use a credit card. Apparently they have a machine that you are forced to enter a PIN number, or they’re playing games. Funny all other businesses in the airport can swipe or chip...🙄

I said to cancel the transaction and the clerk said we can bypass it. I would have been forced to key a manual entry, which would have been stopped by the bank.

I told the clerk no. I would have been on my way but then she had to be snot and say rudely, “it’s not that hard!” With attitude, as I walked away.😡

I turned around and that is not ok. There is no need for you to be rude and imply that I am a bitch for not wanting to participate.

She didn’t feel the need to apologize for anything.

Had a bill that came to $19.10 and recieved all nickels back. I asked why and the lady said she is not opening any more change. I madevthe remark that this is not right. She commented the You are not right and kept mumbling as I walked away...

Even for an airport these prices are insane. $7 for two jerky sticks and a few parm crisps. $10 for a handful of nuts
