Was headed to Home Depot, but saw this store in the shopping center I was in.
Perfect!
The store is fairly new. Super clean, very well organized & has a great selection of items. Yes hardware, RV supplies, electrical, plumbing, yard tools, & so much more.
Robert was very helpful in finding the items I needed. I then wandered around to view items I may need in the future. At checkout Mirna was quick to get my rewards set up & explain it.
Great customer service support from both employees.
The parking lot is big enough for an RV if you needed something as you are on your trip.
Much better to spend my money in this independently owned business instead of big corporate stores

Love this store! My husband is in the final stages of an illness. I'm finding myself having to figure out home repairs that I've never had to deal with. I recently had a hose bib leak. After researching the repair on YouTube, I headed to True Value. I was already frustrated and didn't look forward to the inevitable hassle of finding reliable help from the the two big chain stores in Rio Rancho. This store didn't have the part needed, and referred me to the store on Southern. Again, I was immediately helped. No snark, no condescension, problem solved.

I went to this place a few times since it has opened. The staff are beyond helpful! There was this guy Jim who helped me out, had immense knowledge on the parts and equipment they sold! We should be shopping local and this place outperforms the big box stores that treat you like a number! This store, has everything for household repair, raising chickens, seasonal, HIGH quality tools, snacks! Check it out friends! You will not be disappointed!!!

I love Ace and True Value on Southern. I was excited when True Value opened on 528. I was finally able to make it there. Well my excitement turned to disappointment and disgust. My husband, my sister, and I went in. We were looking at almost everything. However about 20-30 minutes of being there the manager, Jim starts following us and watching us like a hawk. He made it a point to tell the other employees to turn up their walkie talkies then proceeded to say to look out for shoplifters several times. It got so bad... He didn't even help other customers that came up to him. He pushed them on other employees. It got so uncomfortable I addressed him. I asked him if he wanted to search me. I asked him if he wanted me to empty out everything I had on my person's. He said no. No no. Them he said it is not normal for shoppers to be in the store for an hour or longer.... Excuse me Sirrrrr. Or should I say Karen. Ridiculous. I will not ever come back to this store. Good job Jim

I went in and I was asking for the wrong thing. what I really needed was those little irrigation Loops. And they tried so hard to help me find what I needed to secure my dog's electric fence Fence was the problem word it wasn't actually a fence. he has a shock collar and the wire detects the dog collar. It generates a signal when he gets close to the toddler shocks him. and I wanted to nail that down. So it didn't move around. Finally, we walked right by these irrigation loops... they were exactly what I was looking for, viola! success! Later, I went back to get some more, and I had the sweetest checkout experience. Go there you'll be happy

Great selection of home related repair items. Very encompassing selection of bulk nuts, bolts, screws, washers and misc hard to find items. Nice selection of plumbing parts, including pvc, assortment of bulk hose, and sweat copper fittings. This is a great addition to the area for any DYI and trades.

Very helpful staff in a well-stocked store. A very nice alternative to the nearby big box outlets!
