Richard’s Coffee in Winter Haven is hands-down a hidden gem that we’ll be coming back to! From the moment we walked in, the cashier was warm, kind, and incredibly patient. She went above and beyond to suggest drinks for us—and let me tell you, her recommendations were spot on! My husband and I had the white mocha and caramel macchiato, and they were absolutely perfect. Not overly sweet, and no artificial aftertaste—just smooth, balanced flavors that hit the spot.

We also tried the honey Cristo hot sandwich, banana nut bread, and two muffins. Everything was so fresh and flavorful! And at just around $30 for the whole order, it felt like a steal considering how much inflation has affected dining out. With our theory of $15/person for outings, Richard’s fit the bill perfectly!

Honestly, the food and drinks were so good that we forgot to snap photos before diving in—don’t you hate when that happens? (A good sign, though, right?) But we did manage to grab some shots of the cozy and welcoming aesthetics.

I love spending my study sessions at Richard’s. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come here because they always offer a pleasant experience.The atmosphere is always so welcoming and positive. The owners are always around making sure everyones is enjoying themselves. Every drink I’ve tried has been fantastic as well as their pastries (especially the cinnamon pound cake). If you’re looking for a great spot to study and enjoy some high-quality coffee, this is definitely the place to go!

Met the owners today while having breakfast during the Saturday morning market. The store was very busy but the line was quick and food came out delicious and fast. You can get coffees, pastries, bagles, and sandwiches. I had the Rocky and definitely would recommend 👌

Such a nice clean cafe. I ordered Canadian bacon egg and cheese on gluten free bread ☺️ I was very excited. It did not disappoint. The texture of the bread was soft and tasty which is hard to come by. There were also giant pastries that were not gluten free but looked and smelled fantastic.

It's located in the center of downtown in winter heaven, clean(very important) friendly fast service nice atmosphere and after you finish eating if you want to go for a walk go ahead its a bit expensive but good.

Very good atmosphere with large outside seating. Ordering by size is like Starbucks. Overall not bad coffee, a tad pricier than most and had a burned taste. Good seasonal options available. This would not be my first option in Winter Haven.

This has now become my favorite coffee spot.
The service is beyond excellent. I’ve been here when they are busy and the lady’s treat every customer with respect. They all are very welcoming and friendly. They have a great variety of delicious treats, sandwiches, coffees, and more. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You can always take your order to go as well. The desserts are very rich in flavor and you have the option of getting your desserts warmed up. I look forward to returning and trying out more of these delicious treats and items on their menu.

Nice spot for some coffee! Large variety of pastries and baked goods! There was plenty of different coffee options as well!. Everything tasted great. Ample seating inside and outside on the terrace. Love that it's close to the center so you can walk around and shop.
