roswell greenleaf is the most professionally staffed business in southeast new mexico. they are knowledgeable about their merchandise and have always conducted themselves very appropriate ,and respond inteligently and respectively to all questions,even if the answer is beyond their imidiate knowledge.

Traveling across country from Atlanta, GA with my Son. We made a stop in Roswell, NM 👽 We had to check out the flower. This place was AMAZING!! Very knowledgeable staff, David and Fletcher, thank you so much!! Taught us so much wish we lived closer. You guys are out of this WORLD! 👽

My visit to R.Greenleaf of Roswell was a wonderful experience. First off it's interior is twice the size of the R.Greenleaf we have here in Clovis. It was very clean and spacious I enjoyed their display of flowers, it was easily accessible. All of their menus are easily readable, some of them on display screens. The two guys that are very friendly and respectable. I couldn't find a reason to complain anyway. Oh and our points are of course shared from store to store and that's good to know!! Thanks R.Greanleaf for passing out that vibe! I recommend it when you're looking for that level and you need to get lifted!!

Was a great place until they didn't honor the point system. I'll skip the details of how their point system has changed but they didn't change it when you go to look at your points. In the end the manager told me if I Could show her proof that she would honor it. So I DID. I pulled it up and showed them ALL exactly what it said and that I was right about what it said. ( proof that it said 500 points Equals a free hat or a free T-shirt.) But they still didn't honor it.
. it wasn't about the things you get with the point system...it was the principle of the thing.
They told me they would honor it If I showed it to them. And the facts are, I showed it them and they STILL didn't honor it.
But Anyway, there's plenty of dispensaries In this town. It'll be easy to go somewhere else.

Customer service is an important thing. And you lost a good customer over a T-shirt

Loved stopping by today. Mykah (I think that's how you spell it; if not, I'm close) was very friendly and helpful. We didn't want anything that was going to make us sleepy, and they knew just what to try. We went with their recommendation on Wyld gummies and a Wynk seltzer, and it didn't disappoint! It was a great little pick-me-up. So grateful! Definitely going to try to stop by again before leaving Roswell. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this dispensary.
