Go somewhere you’re actually valued!!! Both my sister and me have spent a combined $1500 here since October and they conveniently keep NOT adding either of our orders to our rewards accounts and that’s added up to quite a bit of money and product left on the table that are supposed to be given for being loyal customers. My sister left a google review and the owner responded to email them. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still isn’t fixed. Justine S emailed 4 days after my sister sent them a handful of emails to ask for info and then just never bothered to respond again. do yourself a favor and read the other negative reviews and take your hard earned money elsewhere. They don’t care about you or keeping their word. They advertise one thing and give another. Last order, I asked for entrapment and when I got home, it was silver kush. Just a mess.

I've been coming here for about 2 years, never disappointed when I visit. All the employees are very nice, patient and understanding. Never once have I received bad service here. They have positive attitudes, other than that they have really good deals here so I highly recommend this dispensary.

UPDATE: now going from 2 stars to 1 star. After the owner responded to this review, I decided to give them a chance to rectify the situation. I emailed them a third time on Nov 29. Justine S emailed me back to verify my info and fix this on Dec 3. I responded a couple hours later. It is now Dec 10th and I have yet to hear anything back or see my points added to my account. That’s more than $600 in points! They’ve lost my business and I’ll make sure to be loud as hell about where to not go when anyone asks for recommendations.

Friendly staff and the best selection of medical edibles in the area. The flower is good if you go with premier shelf or above but regardless of the type of flower, make sure you have a raw hydro stone or something similar ready to go. I have yet to get any flower from here that wasn’t so crispy dry that hot breath will cause it to burn up completely. Once you get some moisture back in the flower, it’s not bad but definitely priced too high for the quality, in my opinion.

The kicker and what really has me irked with them is their rewards/loyalty point system. If they were consistent and honest with their rewards, it would be great but they’re not. I’ve had 4 orders ($173, $247, $202, $140) that still have yet to be applied to my rewards points. I tried bringing it up in store, no resolutions. I emailed them, no resolution—in fact, no reply at all. That’s 762 points missing since September. This has actually soured me enough to shop the competition first and RG as a last resort only. It’s just bad business and the 4 other family members who used to be RG regulars agree. We refuse to continue to shop there until it’s rectified.

We just moved to Los Lunas and this is by far the best selection of products we’ve seen out of the few other stores we visited first. Amazing deals, knowledgeable staff, and the rewards is enough to come back. Alexis was really helpful and friendly and even recommended other local businesses for other products.
