Chancey was amazing!! She answered all my questions and helped me choose something that worked for me. She was extremely helpful and kind. I am also new to the area and she gave me a lot of great suggestions of things to do/ places to go. I will definitely be back! This is definitely gonna be my new go to place for IV therapy. I was in Santa Fe for vacation and I really get affected by high altitudes. Luckily, there’s a Restore right here in Santa Fe - I was able to make an appointment the day I called. The process was easy and effortless as I was a new patient in New Mexico. The staff were warm, friendly and personable from check-in to check-out. Nurses Morgan and Kelly were wonderful. I’ll certainly stop back in if I find myself in Santa Fe again.

Awesome spot with great customer service! Chancey was super helpful and kind and helped me create a treatment plan for my Lyme disease. The IM shots I was given have left me with a lot more energy. I look forward to trying more of their services

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Restore Hyper Wellness in Santa Fe, NM. I was in town visiting family and needed a wellness boost - I found restore online and booked an appointment with Chancy. Chancy was not only friendly and welcoming, but very professional and made me instantly feel comfortable and relaxed for an IV hydration boost. The process was fantastic, the whole team was very professional and I like that I had the opportunity to ask plenty of questions before we started the drip. The facility was extremely clean and welcoming - I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. I highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness for anyone looking for wellness and a heath boost. Five starts doesn't do them justice ... I would give 10 if I could!

I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at Restore Hyper Wellness. After being a loyal member for over two years, I recently had to cancel my membership due to a situation beyond my control.

During a required medical review with a nurse, I casually mentioned a minor medical condition. Although I’ve since been fully cleared after routine check-ups, I was told I could not continue services without a doctor’s waiver. Unfortunately, my doctor declined to sign the waiver due to the treatments not being FDA- approved.

Mary, the front desk associate, suggested that I simply find 'any doctor or physician' who would sign the consent. I found this suggestion both puzzling and contradictory. While they are extremely strict about requiring doctor consent, recommending I seek out just anyone willing to sign undermines the credibility and seriousness of their safety protocols.

As a result, I have 8 unused credits that I cannot utilize which was 2 months worth of the membership. I was only interested in IV treatments and NAD shots, but those also require a doctor’s consent. The other available services, like red light therapy and infrared sauna, don’t meet my needs since I already have those at home.

I politely requested a refund for the unused credits, but my request was denied. Given my loyalty as a long-term member and the fact that I am unable to use the credits through no fault of my own, this outcome feels completely unfair.

Businesses thrive on fairness and customer loyalty. Restore Hyper Wellness clearly failed to demonstrate either in this situation.

I have been wanting to do Cryotherapy for a long time, and thanks to my employer (Meow Wolf), Restore came to our workplace and did a few sample services. Mary-Ann (If thats how you spell her name) from the Santa Fe Location was amazing that day. She was so inviting and really broke down the benefits, that I booked an actual treatment in the facility here in Santa Fe. It was AMAZING! The space is really cool and Raquel who helped me with my services that day was equally amazing. She was knowledgable, kind, and made my experience wonderful. After my cryo session she showed me the RedLight therapy room and we talked about the benefits of that as well so I did one of those sessions too! I wish I had more expendable income at this time (Just had a baby, and am trying to build a house) because I would 100% go every week if I could. Hoping to get back in for more Cryotherapy as soon as possible.
