When i say i love Jamie and Austin they are the best people I could have ever meet. Since i been living up here they helped me out so much and very respectful,caring people up there and great 👍🏾 prices in town better then all the other furniture stores 🏬 don’t look anywhere else people go to Rent King. They sale good furniture never had bad furniture from them good quality and great deals and the most important thing they work with, And they also have amazing delivery guys they are a big help also can’t forget or leave you guys out. I was greeted when I came in the door by an employee hard at work assembling furniture. He directed me to Miss Lynn the Assistant manager. She was quick to ask me if i needed help. At the time I was just looking and she let me know to say something if I had any questions.

When I finally had questions she was busy on the phone at the moment, but the store manager Mr Austin was quick to come to my aid. It was a relief to see that Rent King didn't have that commission competitiveness that often makes furniture shopping so toxic.

When making my purchase they explained the terms of the contract very clearly. A big emphasis was placed on the same as cash terms. I respect the fact that they encourage the customer to pay day loan their selfs. (My choice of phrasing.)

After completing my purchase the same employee that had greeted me wished me a good day though I never saw him lift his head up from the job he was doing.

Great experience overall will definitely return to locations.

Awful company! Completely take advantage of vulnerable people & they'll threatening & harass you. I recently had a ct scan & biopsy in a week & diagnosed with TWO types of cancer, as a widowed momma I couldn't work for 2 weeks, so I fell behind they have threatened legal & felony charges. No compassion even during holidays. I paid thru this month, but I am returning all merchandise found same game consoles for my children for under $400 each. My contract still reflects over $3000 for 2 game systems that not to mention one of which started out of the box freezing, so honestly I'm not even sure they're new as stated. I would not recommend them in any way. Try your best to set aside funds for what you need weekly & you'll have enough to purchase from standard retailers nothing is urgent enough to pay over 5xs the amount! Lesson learned. Even my own kids have told me to send these items back.

One of the most laid back and easiest experiences I've ever had as far as getting furniture. Devon helped us get exactly what we needed. Didn't feel pressured or annoyed like at some furniture places. Devon and Alex delivered everything on time to my third floor appartment and hooked/set everything up perfectly. Once we get these items paid off we'll definitely be coming back to Rent King because of these two guys. Great job 👍
