Kiosk tuż przy wyjściu z metra na perony, zostałam dzisiaj fantastycznie obsłużona przez przemiłą panią ekspedientkę. Jedynym mankamentem jest brak klimatyzacji - temperatura znacznie za wysoka, nieprzyjemna nawet na zakupy, co dopiero mówić o pracy w takich warunkach

W dniu dzisiejszym (27.07.2022) tuz przed godziną 9 wchodząc do kiosku zamiast „dzień dobry” usłyszałam od Pani „nosz ku*wa” i Pani była bardzo oburzona moją obecnością w sklepie. Przy ladzie Pani dosłownie rzuciła skanerem. Nie polecam, obsługa dno.

Bardzo nie miła obsługa. Pani pomimo bardzo uprzejmej prośby klienta spieszącego się na pociąg IC, który nie poczeka.... , nadal układała batoniki i bardzo opryskliwie zareagowała na pomowną prośbę. Nie polecam!

Gdy poproszony o dowód, ukazałem aplikację mObywatel, która według polskiego prawa działa jak plastikowy dokument, pani oskarżyła mnie beztrosko o oszustwo i z pogarda odprawiła do innego kiosku. Bardzo nieprzyjemna wizyta, z całego serca odradzam!
