There was an item on the Relax the Back store I hoped to get as soon as possible due to a back injury requiring me to sleep upright on my sofa. The San Francisco store replied they "do not ship". I'm in Sacramento, CA so tried the Menlo Park store. The item was in stock and, although it's not a standard service, Hugo Garcia said he could "go next store" to a shipping facility, pack up the item (it was small enough) and have it delivered to me ASAP. I received the "all purpose pillow" in 2 days. It was a perfect addition to my set up for sleeping on the sofa. Thank you, Hugo, for excellent over-the-top customer service. You made my life easier. I also ordered a cold comfort pad that had to be shipped from Kentucky, I think, but that also arrived in just a few days and has been a boon to comfort and healing. Top notch store!

I went to the store at 11/23 and stayed there almost three hours to try and enjoy different brands massage chairs. Hugo gave me detailed instructions and explained the comparison for each one. Much excitement, I bought my dream massage chair. Thanks for their professional and patient explanations!

I realized I might be having low back pain from the lack of lumbar support on my Steelcase Leap and Herman Miller Aeron - which I've been using for basically a decade at this point, so I started researching the perfect office chair.

I spend a ton of time at my desk for work/gaming, and my research took me in the direction an Anthos chair which apparently had amazing lumbar support. I went to Relax The Back solely to try that chair out thinking it was gonna be the winner, didn't really like it, then Cody steered me toward a chair from a brand I'd never heard of (Lifeform). Very little information about the smaller company online, but working with Cody - who is awesome (and amazingly patient) by the way - he guided me to probably the best chair in the world for me. I bought the chair ~3 months ago but am just now reviewing it, and I love it.
