Older lady working the cash register was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Just because she didn’t know how to run my credit and was having issues because she kept hitting declined she got an attitude. Very poor customer service I recommend NOT going there if she’s working. She has no business working there by herself because she’s obviously not trained properly or completely missed out on ALOT when she was trained. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!

They never seem to have fresh tea made or any tea at all made alot of the time. Employees are mostly friendly, but some of the male staff acts like they hate life and dont want to help. Prices are more than most places but its close to work so I usually end up there, but the lack of tea being made, as small as that sounds, makes me want to go elsewhere.
