Wow, all I can say is that our shopping experience here was amazing! The credit all goes to John! He was GREAT. Not only was he very helpful but he knew everything about the company’s history. He was able to answer any questions we had. I have been a loyal customer here for a long time , but I have never seen somebody who was so eager to help. With that being said I hope John is recognized as an amazing employee because I will be returning to him!

I was specifically interested in the Iron Ranger in copper rough and tough, and Jeremy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the heritage boots lineups and took the time to properly size me, ensuring I got the perfect fit. I went in to get a pair of boots, the moctoe heritage series. I wanted them in Black, and they were supposed to have it, but I think the website was a little wacky. They had a different color that I also really liked. I tried on a pair and walked out with him same day. Staff that day were absolutely amazing. Listened, provided some advice about the break-in because heritage boots need a little bit of TLC, and got some socks and a few other accessories to make the purchase complete and to fix up some other pairs of Red wings that I got last year. Got the boots home and of course wore them way too long, and the dudes told me I would, and so I switch shoes and went on with the day. Day. Next wear they are already breaking in. You're always tempted to buy a bigger size, but listen to the sales folks and make sure you go to a brick and mortar store and get your feet measured before you even think about shopping online. This was a great store on a great Sunday. Thanks everybody even though it was an hour from home, I'll be back!

My family and I came into this location looking for a pair of Moc Toe Boots. We were greeted at the door by John our sales guy who was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were two other representatives working also who were very informative and were very chatty (in a good way) about the Classis Moc Toe which after talking we all shared a passion for these boots. John measured my feet with Red Wings computerized equipment and off we went trying on boots. At the end if the day we left with a beautiful pair of 875 Moc Toe Boots and 3 new Red Wing friends. Once the holidays are over and the funds allow I will be going back for the Black Cherry Moc Toe Boots next! Thanks again, John!!

This red wings has one of the best selections and variety that I’ve seen. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Jeremy helped me out today, provided me with info on the boot and the option to resole when the time comes, great hospitality. Definitely recommend this location!
