So I have a mixed review.

POSITIVES: All the items they sell are in great condition. Most items look new or barely worn and a lot of items still have tags on them. They do have a lot of nice shoes.

NEGATIVES:
As many thrifts stores these days, the prices are no longer thrift store prices. You can still find items here that are cheaper than in stores but when I come to a thrift shop, I don't expect to pay close to normal store prices. If an item still has a tag, they jack the price up. I attached a photo of a flimsy top/lingerie piece that should have been $3 and they were charging $25 for it because it had tags still that said $40. They do not have dressing rooms which is frustrating since you'd want to try things on especially for the higher prices. They also staple the tags on to clothes which can damage them. They are cash only which isn't a deal breaker. They have so many clothes and shoes that it's overwhelming to look through them and NONE of them are organized by size just by color. So you have to look through the overwhelming amount of items to maybe pick something up and it not even be your size.

Been here a few times and I can honestly say I'm never coming back. Prices are too high and don't really make any sense. It's not even like there's a shortage of goods and they need to make ends meet, this place is huge! They could make more than enough with fair prices just to keep items moving. It just feels like you're being scalped. I shouldn't have to pay $40 for a pair of used jeans or $13 for a wine glass. I'm literally here because I have low income.

Good clothing, some with tags, name brand, and some good prices. Check colors change everyday, discounts are 25%, 50%, and 75% depending on color. Sometimes best value for your dollar, always depends and always check merchandise.

They do not have enough employees in weekends. There is a long line but only one cashier working, the rest run around behind the registers looking busy, but won’t open another register. Also, some prices are ridiculous. The new management is certainly not a step forward but a few backwards.

Elizabeth register 8 stole 2 shirts that I bought. While packing my items into my bag she placed the shirts behind the counter, tags were already taken off. I did not realize it until after I returned home. Horrible company and horrible staff. This company can’t be responsible and take responsibility for what happened.

My daughter and I shop here all the time. The employee, Elisabeth, put the shirts my daughter bought behind the counter and never gave them to us. Then she claimed the shirts were not there. The supervisor was rude and unhelpful. Horrible!!!
