I had a very disappointing experience and won’t be returning.

The store is completely unorganized. I remember when clothes used to be sorted by size, but that’s no longer the case. Now, everything is crammed onto the racks with all sizes mixed together, making it frustrating and time-consuming to find something you like in your size. There are so many clothes piled up that it’s overwhelming to even browse.

Goodwill, for example, sorts clothing by size, and while things occasionally get misplaced, you can still quickly find what you’re looking for. That makes shopping easier and more enjoyable—unlike here.

On top of that, the prices are outrageous. Charging $30 for a used, donated shirt is ridiculous. I could buy a brand-new one for less. Other thrift stores aren’t this expensive, so there’s no justification for these high prices.

I walked in excited to find something good, but after spending an hour and a half searching, I left frustrated and exhausted. The store is chaotic, poorly organized, and overpriced. It’s just not worth it.

Nothing is sorted by size, the place is cash only and as of today that ATM in store is out of order. When it's in order, the surcharge is ridiculous!

Everything is cramped, and the line is always long. I would rather go to 2nd Ave or Goodwill over a store organized like this. The pricing is also not giving thrift store.

the store is okay, but there is a lot of explosions on the employees. We are not animals to be working like this, this is a disgrace, The real owner of the store has to know who they select to be manager. And i don’t agree with the manager putting the amount of pressure on the employees.

Like the store. BUT GET MORE CASHIERS to move the line along faster! Especially when shoppers have carts piled high and most people have only a few things. It’s aggravating. There are 8 or more registers with only two cashiers working daily ….very inconvenient! Way too many workers stocking the racks. TRAIN MORE CASHIERS! Pricing is sometimes too high. Look for the sale colors to get a bargain. FYI They also park tractor trailers and trucks in parking lot that use up over 12 customer spaces! Go early to get a parking space or just get aggravated and leave and keep your money! Wednesday is ridiculously busy. NEVER ENOUGH REGISTERS OPEN BUT PLENTY OF PEOPLE STOCKING RACKS! AWFUL!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Horrible Customer service from manager DANIELA. First I go there 15 minutes before they close and ask about a vintage beach cruiser that’s listed for 12.00 needs new tires rusty let’s just say a crazy DIY PROJECT. I wanted to purchase and was told the price was actually 124.99 so being that it’s in horrible condition I ask the manager after being told to go the next day . I go the next day and Daniela tells me that’s the price well that’s the price... I tried to offer 80 the bike isn’t true vintage and it’s sold at target right now brand new for 153.00 so why pay 123 for something that looks like a project. Nope she wouldn’t take it. So I just bought my brand new bike at target. These prices are supposed to be affordable being that it’s a thrift store but it’s more like a super high end consignment shop prices with good will donations. Makes no sense. Horrible customer service and that’s coming from a LATINA.

I shop here every week. Today there was a set of chairs that was marked with stickers $200 for the set. They wrote me up a ticket for $200 and gave it to the cashier. I went to get cash at the ATM, and when I came back the cashier informed me that the manager had increased the price. When the new price came out it was $500 for the set. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there was nothing they could do. Extremely frustrating. I have no idea about the legality of this, and there seems to be no one to talk to at the store that cares. I understand why prices are high. I’ll pay up if something is good, but I don’t like the run around. I left without the chairs. It’s a great store usually. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Just left the store with two minutes to spare. I was glad to hear that you guys extended your closing hours to 9p because I work in healthcare and could make it to your store to find a top. I arrived at 825p with my two daughters before closing my birthday is coming up and some of my items didn't arrive so I am on damage control before my flight in the am. As soon as we entered Mary and Darialas I'm not sure how it's spelt we're in the back recovering the store then another lady began walking around screaming the "store is closing"❗️❗️ the "store is closing" ❗️❗️it was only 830 ( I've worked in retail and I understand but 840 845 would have been appropriate. I have been shopping here for years and I have seen and heard some things but the stuff these women began to let fly out of their mouths was disgraceful im not sure if they thought I didn't understand the language but I do 😌 and my daughter was watching her tablet and has video of some of it. I just need to make a suggestion that you guys do a more thorough hiring process because you never know who is who. Also if you don't like your job get another one because people who patronize this business deserve respect no matter their race. That's all.
