The cashier was rude. All she did was talk to the other employee and look at her phone. When I asked the total she got upset because she was talking to staff.

I went to the location on Pensacola Street in Tallahassee Florida. And I parked at the gas pump and needed to use the restroom before I went gas. They said I needed to buy my gas before I went into the restroom and I have a card so it was going to reset so I did not want to re-swipe so I asked again can I use the restroom and I have a disability. I was denied and yelled at to buy something. It is not my concern that there are drug addicted. People sitting in front of the store that is allow to have taken place. That is not my concern. I am a businessman, who was dressed up who needed to use the restroom. I did not look like I was gonna cause trouble. They kept stating it was company policy but I’ve been in many Redhills and I’ve never had to buy something before I use the restroom. So if it was this policy is one thing but the state that is the company policy is not correct and I think it’s a little optical in case someone has a disability to not allow them to use the restaurant, but we’ll find out when I talk to a lawyer . And this was no joke. This literally happened today and I will be speaking to someone and I would hope that someone reaches out to me from red Hills.

If you're looking for customer service...go somewhere else. I asked an employee that was stocking shelves if she had a certain item. No response...she couldn't hear me because she was chatting with a friend through her ear buds. After I found the item myself, I went to the cash register. No acknowledgement of MY presence...just keep talking out loud to the other cashier, scan my stuff, put it in a bag, and just kept talking. I guess it was up to me to know when to swipe my card, and when I was good to go.

Stopped off of I10, parking lot full of nefarious looking people. Did not feel safe. Don't think the people laid out on grass were up to any good. Would urge other travelers to keep going.

Overpriced delivery of $10 per order. The fee pertains to each order even if multiple orders are dropped off at the same location. Thus, their marketing plan penalizes single-person and fixed-income households. The prepared food I received, e.g., hummus, was inedible due to being poorly seasoned and having an odd texture. Would not order from here again. Hoping a similar service with an equitable business model and delicious food is coming soon to Tallahassee.

Horrible. Staff rude and loud in their personal conversation with the 3 laughing and carrying on. Even with me in the restroom, they were very loud.
