Great selection of hardscape construction supplies and tools. But they need a better system in the very busy loading yard. I pulled up in my truck with my receipt, three other customers showed up on foot after I parked but they got service before I did. It was only when I decided to get out of my truck and wave my receipt in the air that anyone noticed me.

Do not go here unless you’re a contractor. It’s always difficult to get anyone to look up from their computers and every response was curt yet they were gregarious and accommodating with all the contractors. Last time I went in I was greeted with “yeah what do you want”. Nothing wrong with their products although many look significantly different in person compared to their website. If you’re looking for some guidance/help/insight or even to just be acknowledged while in the store I’d suggest going somewhere else. This review is based off of multiple locations and visits.

Great selection of products. I've gotten landscaping rock, pavers, and cement block here. Sales staff is excellent, and doesn't treat non-pros/homeowners like idiots. It's a good place to go get ideas before beginning a project.

Bad Customer Service,
I went to store gave product details and qty and said i want to buy these items. And asked specifically if the product and qty are available.
They checked and said, yes we have enough. He took a print out and then marked the items and wrote on it saying " Load the items as much as you can in the truck" and told me to show it outside and then he asked me to get the slip after loading and pay the amount.
I quickly went to Uhaul and got truck and went to the delivery person to load the stuff. He sent me back inside the office to get a new printout saying date is not right.
Then a another agent inside said there is no stock for one of the item. I was very much disappointed as repeatedly asking for confirmation and got rental truck based on it. It was lot trouble for the mistake they made. they said sorry it was mistake of that person. For their mistake i had to pay more ..
