I was cheerfully greeted at the door by Eleanor A. and I told her what I was looking for. She assisted me without hovering and I quickly found what I wanted. Her advice was very helpful and she made the purchase of a sofa and loveseat very easy. As always, Raymour & Flanagan is a nice place to buy furniture.

I called the store regarding questions regarding ordering a sofa and ottoman that was online and not available in the store. Colleen, the salesperson who took my call, was extremely helpful. She told me the store had one of the sofas in the showroom that we could come and sit on to deem its quality and comfort but we would have to order it in the color we wanted. She went out of her way for me and I greatly appreciate it. Colleen said her schedule was flexible and she would do her best to come into the store when we could visit. Unfortunately, she had another appointment at the time so she informed her collegue, Lyle, who also was very helpful.

I ordered the items in the fabric I selected and when I came home, the TV console I ordered arrived and the color clashed with the sofa and ottoman. Since it was a special order I thought I was going to end up with a sofa that I didn't like. The store manager approved a hold on the order until the next day when I could come in with a door from the TV console so we could better match the fabric of the upholstery.

I ordered a sofa from Raymour and Flanigan in 1994 and it still looks like new with daily use all these years. I now needed a smaller sofa for another room and I knew exactly where I was going to go look first. The sales help is outstanding and the young lady who wrote up the order and took payment was also very friendly and courteous. The sofa won't be here for 5 to 7 weeks so I hope this review isn't premature but the experience I had so far was excellent.

Our sales rep was extremely helpful and not pushy at all which was great. She was thorough in making sure that we found the best mattress for us. We tried probably 10 mattresses and then went back to our top 3 in order to pick the right mattress for us. We received the mattress today and it was installed quickly and professionally. We are extremely happy about this purchase and will be going back when we need to look for more furniture.

This is the second time I’ve bought furniture in the past 3 months — for different places. Andrew my sales rep was amazing!! Knowledgeable and experienced and able to give me great prices and package deals. I am also very decisive so I respect his time and we knock out the order in no time. Plus, the finance person is wonderful! She went through my order line by line to be sure everything was accurate. I needed this order in 7 days and Andrew made it happen!!!!!

We bought a sectional 6 months ago from a different store but didn’t know how to take it apart to clean it. The manager Matthew was very understanding, gave us a little demonstration and practice session. That was very professional, courteous and friendly.
