Excellent service I've received from your staff members but in particular Sri. Her customer service was superb. Especially when your system was down last week, she had to deal with some of the not so happy customers. She remained so calm, professional and still smiled, while she was reassuring other customers that they wouldn't have long to wait. In between that, she then had to step in with a really unhappy customer who (her colleague was dealing with), with no solution. The way she dealt with it, thumbs up. I might have to pouch her for my business 🙂

Shell petrol station and Budgens combined. Newly refurbished pumps. Friendly staff. Petrol usually competitive. Toilets clean. Additional facilities include Car wash, air and vacuum stations. Recommended. Plenty of parking.

I had a very pleasant experience at Shell Abridge last week, especially services provided by Sri as on her name tag. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service, and most importantly her smile. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit the store again.

I visited this garage earlier this week, it has everything you need it in a supermarket but a smaller version, with a reasonable price too. This shop looks small from outside, can't believe how much you can find inside. One of the staff member named Sri, really made my day. I was tired and was having a bad day. She was genuinely cheer me up with her smile and asking if I was OK. Her customer service is second to none. Thank you Sri. Thank you Shell Abridge for your outstanding staff. Highly recommended ti's place. Definitely come back again.
