This Ralph's is great. It's my go-to store and recently started using the pick up option and it's saved me so much time. They're not always the best at picking produce but I just limit that shopping and go in store for produce and even with that it's still saving me time. The employees are all very nice and have gone out of their way to help more than once.

I had to return an item that I just bought earlier that day and they told me that they couldn't return one of my items. I asked to speak to a manager and explained my situation. Then she explained to me that if medication gets returned it needs to be thrown away for the safety of anyone else that may purchase it. After she explained it to me I understood why they don't normally accept returns on certain items and I was no longer frustrated. Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me instead of just telling me no and pushing me out the door.

I bought 8 pieces fried chicken, it was the wost day in our life, my husband, my daughter and our dog had diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pain.
The chicken was bad, not fresh and refried in very very old oil. The taste was terrible.
My husband spend his New year party drank herbal and camomile, he didn't eat anything after that bad chicken.
Even our dog had diarrhea and was vomiting all that night, it was horrible day for me.
I think, there wasn't any supervision on the cooked food there, they don't care about people's health, they want to sell and win the money.
My husband and daughter still have stomach pain until now, and they can't eat everything.
I didn't recommend any person to buy any cooked food from there.

It's a big great store where you can find just about everything also there is an online pickup, also they always have full stuff for anything you need. Any questions somebody will come and help you, and to make your shopping experience better, all registers are open All the time

Don't shop here much anymore. This last visit was a spur of the moment. I did not recognize this shop. Ended up not buying anything. There are better markets in the area.

Horrible customer service. Cashier was treating a customer rudely and extremely disrespectful because she was using WIC to buy her children's formula amongst other things. And it only got worse when the store manager approached. ?
