Stunning store — shockingly poor service.
The space itself is beautiful, but the customer service was truly disappointing. I’m still baffled by how working at a “high-end” store seems to bring out the worst in people. The staff made no effort to greet or assist us — not even a hello. Their demeanor was cold and condescending, as if we didn’t belong there. It completely ruined the experience, and I walked out not wanting to spend a single dollar.

recently visited a Ralph Lauren store, expecting the high-quality service that matches the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but pleasant due to the attitude of one of the male staff members. From the moment I walked in, his demeanor was indifferent, almost dismissive, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.

When I asked for assistance, his responses were curt and impatient, making it clear that he had no interest in helping. At one point, when I inquired about a particular item, he barely looked at me before giving a vague answer and walking away mid-conversation. It was not just unprofessional but outright rude.

Shopping at a premium brand should feel enjoyable and welcoming, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that staff members provide the level of customer service that reflects the brand’s prestige. No one should have to endure such an unpleasant experience at a store known for its elegance and sophistication.

I had planned this appointment a few weeks in advance. I had looked forward to purchasing quality clothes from an esteemed establishment.

I had arrived to Ralph Lauren store just a moment before the appointment time. After a moment, I approached an elder African American employee asking for the employee that the email stated would be assisting me. After he rolled his eyes displaying his displacement that I had interrupted his afternoon, he grudgingly went to summons someone to find this employee that would be assisting me. This was my first clue that I am apparently out of my element in choice of clothing, I should have left at this point. A moment later, a young lady (her name began with an E, sorry I did not catch it) approached me stating that the employee that would be assisting me was busy with the previous appointment. She asked me if I would wait a moment so she could find someone to assist me. I stated that I would kindly appreciate her offer. About 5-10 minutes later Lukas asked how he could help me. I stated my clothing size and generally what I was looking for. I had to pick an alternate dress pants due to my size not being in stock. Lukas rang the items up and I went on my way.

While I am certainly not the clientele that frequents the store, a lasting impression has been left on my mind of any more purchases of clothing from here. Lukas and the previous lady that I interacted with are the only reason this review receives 2 starts. I firmly believe this establishment needs to refresh the employees on customer service.

After this appointment, I did not receive an email asking to review the appointment. I would suggest Ralph Lauren to engage with customers after appointments. Receiving input could be quite important on the future of this establishment.

On May 5th, my mother was charged a completely different amount than from what was on the belt that was being purchased. The amount she was charged was nearly double the amount of what was listed on the tag.

She was visiting from South Korea and was not aware of the mischarge. Luckily I overheard how much was being charged and I quickly addressed the sales associate. This person had a guilty look and made up some story of a different price being honored. The story made no sense whatsoever.

I believe my mother was being taken advantage of.

I requested his personal business card. He then proceeded to wrap the belt in the slowest manner, intentionally wasting time poring every detail. It came off as sarcastic.

The sales associate's name is Terrence Kehm.

I hope this gets addressed with this sales associate and fair warning to everyone shopping here, make sure you double check your receipts here.

I purchased a Bear Polo t-shirt from this flagship store. POOR QUALITY.
I paid $148 for this item, which isn’t worth more than $10!
No one responded about this poor quality, and I couldn’t even wash it—it’s a big mess. Never purchase anything from Polo. Hopefully, this brand will go the way like Ted Baker!
