New management would rather argue and twist words than resolve. Past management told me I could exchange whenever, because I trusted the old staff I have a pair of jeans with a clear manufacturer defect that I can't wear. Brand, quality and management really went downhill.

The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Six of us entered the store on the afternoon of Thursday, September 5th at 2pm (ish) and the male employee behind the counter was completely disinterested. When I asked for a different size, he remained on his phone, texting, and showed no willingness to assist. His attitude came across as rude and indifferent. Given that it was a Wednesday, perhaps that contributed to the lack of attention? Rag & Bone, there’s room for significant improvement when it comes to your staff’s professionalism and customer care.

Store listed closing time at 8PM. We came back to the store at 7:30PM to buy an item that we looked at earlier, and the employee told us that they actually closed at 7PM and doesn’t have the authority to check us out even when we knew exactly what we wanted. He asked us to come back the next day, but we’re not thrilled to make another hour plus round trip for one piece of clothing. Please keep your store hours updated and not push customers away when they come in during listed opening hours.

I was at the store yesterday around 4pm. There was a lady using camera trying on so many pieces on her and spoke to the camera loudly to livestream and sell products at the store. Her voice is so loud i can hear right upon i opened the door. The store person didn’t care and ruin my shopping experiences. I also overheard other clients’s odd feeling and turned away. Rag and bone is a luxury brand and if this is how you are carrying your brand so be it. Will never come back again!!

I bought a jacket and later didn't think it a good fit after going back home. I went back for a return after one week and I was told that the jacket was not returnable even though I was never told about that policy during the purchase. The employee was very arrogant during the communication. I was really disappointed about this store and brand, non-returnable is not an acceptable policy for customers there.

I've gotten some amazing pieces here at amazing prices but also want to give them a shoutout for their amazing customer service! I needed to exchange an item I purchased a few months ago and rather than making me come all the way out to the store (I live in the city) they sent me a shipping label to return the item and then sent me the replacement at no cost. Thank you!
