The female manager must be new, and if not, she’s needs training in handling customers issue. Basic customer service training teaches you that if there is an issue with what a customer is asking, you offer solutions/options. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered, and automatically she told me she wouldn’t be able to look up the specific size and fit I was requesting. She continued to just make it seem like everything I asked was an issue (as I was offering solutions instead of her) to the point where I didn’t trust her knowledge and capabilities as a manager. Honestly, she didn’t seem confident, or at least like she wanted to be bothered. I went to the River City Rack Room immediately after, and they handled my request for an exchange with NO ISSUES. I was in and out the door within 8 minutes, and they WERE able to see the correct size and fit I was requesting. Only posting this because she could have done it if she just tried, but I had to waste gas to get it done.

Looking for mens slippers ordered several on Amazon and they all were not true to size, Rack Room had exactly what we were looking for. Staff was great, helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. Thank you

We have bought shoes here at least 4-5 times and recently we were there grabbing some flip flops. Ray the store manager was very friendly and helpful assisting us with a coupon we were trying to redeem. Great service and will be back again soon. Thanks again Ray!

Terrible workers two young guys one with long like blonde hair need to understand definition of excellent customer service.Constantly asking a customer do they need help with anything after they already said "No thank you just looking" on top of a worker constantly follow me and my family around the store It's annoying while I'm with my daughter on top of that trying to shop for shoes for her. No sort of selection in this store. I got annoyed with the young guy and them not having a varied of shoe selection and left the store. Ugh Yulee not the same anymore at all. Stop standing behind paying customers. Glad I didnt spend my money here 🙂

Sorry for such a bad rating but when a grandfather like me takes his Granddaughter to find an 8c shoe and find that none of the boxes marked 8c have 8c shoes in them it just becomes too much to deal with. Some advice, put in alittle time into keeping your place in order.

You can't get 2 pair of the GOOD brands anymore for the buy 1 get 1 for 50%off
They make you get a 2nd pair of shoes that you can buy anywhere for the discounted price. Done with their gimmicks.
