Randy and his wife always treat our family good. They do great work because of loyal workers. Never had an inside at R&s my husband's dad and grandfather Ben using this gas station for a long time now we do .. thank you and God bless

The owner is very nice. The kid working there doesn't know anything about cars. He didn't even know the difference between a Fiat and a Ford. Really, though? Why's this kid working at a shop? Arguing with me about what I drive when I ask for a battery. I told him I drive a 2005 Ford five hundred. He keeps calling it a Fiat. Yes, they made a Fiat 500, as everyone is aware. But I didn't say Fiat, I said Ford. I said Ford over and over. He did not want to accept that for some reason. He didn't even look in the Ford section of his book. He was just looking at Fiat. To top it off, he got an attitude with me because of his lack of automobile knowledge. Not much of a thinker or listener.

I have used them in their past for gas & tire repairs, but no more!!!! I asked them not to mess up the bead on a brand new tire I was having swapped out. The damage they did cost me $180 for that brand new tire they ruined. They offered no apology and even charged me again to mount the other new tire. They can't keep their gas pumps working or diesel pump. From now on ,I'll drive to little rock to someone that knows what they a doing & has the equipment to do the job right. I'll buy my gas elsewhere also.
