We picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool to let out some energy for our toddler after being stuck in the car for 10 hours. Upon arrival pool is closed for reasons beyond their control. I asked how long the pool has been closed and she said A FEW YEARS NOW! I advised they take it off their website and she just said we’ve tried. So here is your warning, don’t expect a pool when you book. Also, don’t expect clean beds, a secure building, a clean room, or anything extraordinary. I didn’t expect extraordinarily but I did expect a decent place to lay my head but I ended up being grossed out by the massive stains on the bed, yellow pillows, used qtip on the floor, used coffee left in the pot, and used soap left in the shower. Not to mention the side door was broken not requiring a key to enter which by past reviews has been broken for over 5 months now. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else, especially if you have a family.

Honestly we had a rough start. We got here & was told the room had just been cleaned so we could go to it. We walked into that room & it was not ready to be used. The bathroom, the ac unit, fridge, bedside desk were all so gross I was ready to forfeit the deposit & run. We went down & talked to the lady running the desk & it was resolved immediately. She moved us a room over that was clean without getting upset with us for not wanting to be in there, was super sweet, & made the rest of the stay better. As we were going out to explore the area we saw them in the original room getting it taken care of. Usually I won't say anything bc I don't want to upset anyone but I'm glad we talked to her ♡

This hotel is supposed to be 100% non smoking. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes. Mattresses are old, worn and need replaced. Toilet had a broken top, and when the light/fan was turned on it was extremely loud. Needless to say, we will never stay here again. We left before breakfast, after reading sone of the reviews thought it better to cut our losses and not attempt it

When we came, the pool/hot tub and fitness center were out of order, but there was nothing on the website indicating this. Staff was friendly and the room looked clean.

Next time I will call ahead to ensure the pool is working. You should too!

This is a pretty older hotel. It could stand a remodel.
We did not have the best check-in experience. The lady that checked us in was not friendly. She got upset with me almost immediately and then was pretty rude. Ii was dark outside and I mentioned that the lights weren't on, so we were afraid the hotel was closed. She said she was busy "doing her job", and hadn't gotten around to it yet. She definetly was not a happy person.
I went back down later and asked if we could check out in the morning an hour later, meaning noon, and she said she couldn't accommodate that request because she has someone else coming in that she had to have our room for.
To say the least, we wouldn't stay there again due to her attitude.
Although the hotel was older, the beds were comfortable.

I stayed here for 5 hours on a trip to Texas and accidentally left 4 shirts hanging in closet. I called them the next day after realizing what I did and the shirts are gone. Cleaning staff had the only access to that room so how can this happen. The Maid has to be a thief then!!! I will never stay there again.

Friendly hosts. Bed was very comfortable and the heating unit was perfect. TV a little small.

Seems that most hotels are on Roger's Ave as it is the airport road. Not real convenient for road travelers.

Outback restaurant is walking distance away.

We stay here when we leave Denver at night on our way to west Texas. It does the job; it's not fancy, it's not a dump. The room, bed, and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfortable, the towels are tiny😆Breakfast is just okay, but we are usually on the road before it's served. Front desk is friendly.
