Publix over charges for convenience yet their cashier Emma, will ignore you to fix her hair while you’re the only one in the lane. Didn’t even greet me or say anything when she handed my receipt. Will start using self check out more, AI for the win, yet they will be the first to cry when their jobs are replaced by tech 🙂

I went to this publix yesterday and I wanted to give an employee a tip and was told they don't take tips, which is a lie I've been going to publix for years and have given tips to employees before and they take it. Two people walked up that work there, don't know if they were managers, but I know they lied. And the poor employee stated it's OK I'll buy us donuts. Like I was giving it to that employee not for them two. I hope when I left they let the employee have it which I gave it too. That's a shame, I thought the women had good customer service, is why I gave it to her in the first place. I will be not going to this publix anymore, they got some weird stuff going on at this location.

I was in a rush and needed a sub fast. I called about 7 minutes out & put my order in. When I arrived at the store, they had it ready for me knowing I was in a rush. Great great service! Amazing deli staff!

Every time I’ve had to come to guest services the woman with dark hair and glasses (Vanessa) is so incredibly rude. It’s very odd because her attitude is nothing I’ve ever experienced at Publix where the customer service is typically above and beyond. She makes it such an uncomfortable experience whenever I come here. Even the people around me, also agreed that her attitude was rude Everyone else here is very nice & helpful, she seems to be an outlier in service.

Store is very understaffed, deli and bakery employees are friendly but very slow, usually only 1 or 2 people working. Adding self checkout taking away more job opportunities. Just hire adequate staff. This is run more like a Walmart than Publix . The red bug location is worth the extra drive .

We really enjoy this Publix over some of the others in our area. Parking usually isn't a challenge. Really happy with the pharmacy especially. Usually no line. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
