I’m sorry but I beg to differ on your review of Publix in WP Village . I know better because I work 4 days a week and arrive early for the 7 am opening which allows me time to set up the front of the store ( if not done the night before ) with everything prepared . Including the area you took pictures of and to be honest in the 4 years I’ve worked there , I have NEVER seen those areas completely empty and at the same time ! I also take it upon myself to clean the tables , double check the trash was emptied and make sure plastic ware and napkins are refilled every morning . Our managers check bathrooms every morning and we have cleaners the entire time the store is open . So , perhaps you picked the one time when the table area was previously full ( as it is most days ) and they used the supplies .
I happen to think we have one of the best stores in the district and the best customer service and managers . I can line up my customers alone and they will wholeheartedly agree to the service , I and the rest of our staff do to make them feel welcome and valued .

UPDATE:

It has been two years since my last review of this location and it hasn’t changed. Photos speak a million words. The evidence is in the photos. If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would give them.

I used to come to this Publix 3 years ago for lunch everyday. Now it is the dirtiest Publix in Orlando. The dining area is not tended to. The garbage is always overflowing. There are no napkins in the dining area napkin dispensers. I made it aware several times on several different days and there is no change. Publix employees in this supermarket simply don't care about cleanliness nor their customers. All the tables are always dirty. The bathrooms are always out of toilet paper, and the list goes on. We need new management, one that cares about Publix high standards please.

Came here for a cooking class 10/10! We had the best time. Brian and James walked us through step by step on how to make each meal. There were at least five different ones. This class was hands on and a lot of fun.
After prepping and cooking all the food, we all got to sit down and eat with some wine of choice. I will definitely take on another class in the future.

I absolutely think this MAY be my favorite Publix hands down. The salad bar for the sub station is always on point with so many ingredients for veggie lovers! Sushi off the chain etc

Came for Wednesday special Sushi, and they all had spicey sauce. I don't like that sauce..also no crab rolls. I stick with my Publix..

Friendly and accommodating staff, always.
The sushi Chef here is a hidden treasure. Wednesdays are half off sushi, which is on my regular foodie rotation, especially because of him. Mad Respect!!!
