One of the main reasons I continue to shop here is because of Frankie. When he was a cashier, his friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service always stood out. Now, as a manager, he continues to go above and beyond, ensuring every customer has a great experience. Brittany in the deli is literally the example of the great customer service you expect from Publix. The deli was so busy after work of course and typical of most places people are overwhelmed and not so nice. She was so kind, patient with me, other customers and considerate of her co worker who was equally considerate and didn’t leave her teammate hanging past her shift. Thank you Brittany for making my night better and easier for a pregnant momma!

Been living in the West for the last 7.5 years and came here while on vacation. The subs are just as good as I remember and the service was even better.

Also, it might just be me, but the flavor of the sub improves after sitting in the fridge for a day. Try it.

Chad is such an awesome employee! And was raised right. After working a shift this young man helped me with my tire while it was raining and wet outside. I had been alone and afraid before he aided me. It almost took an hour and he didn’t complain once and still refused to accept money from me. Despite him not wanting payment or attention for his kind gesture: I want it to be known that he is a great kid, and represents Publix in a positive light outside of work as well. He is proof that chivalry isn’t dead and kindness still lives in the hearts of our youth. Wishing you all the best young man. May God continue to guide and bless you.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Publix.
It is kind of frustrating that some locations have different products than others- but I get that the demographics and the demand for products are different between places like Lakeland and Winter Haven.
The quality of the products is great, the people are great, prices are a tad high.

Cold popcorn chicken, not very enjoyable.
I do not know if time was a factor in its temperature.

But It was 10:20 when I had purchased it. But none the less, my early lunch wasn't too pleasurable.
