Found everything I needed for our trip. Plus, there are great snacks for the hotel and great, healthy, fresh options. Produce was awesome. Cashier & store manager were very friendly and fast at check out. Great prices as well.

***love this store but the Pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too! We are now done shopping here and will be going back over to Hamlin.
Top notch brand new store in a much needed location. Everyone here is super friendly. The sushi and sandwich deli are fantastic and make for a nice quick lunch stop. They even have an eating area upstairs. Everything is clean and the store has a great layout with an easy flow.

Shopping is not always a pleasure here. Better get there early if you want.Salabar they shut it down early. They're very slow at making their Delhi. Sandwiches as well.They need to work on their teamwork and productivity.

This store is fantastic! Clean and a large variety of items. Produce is fresh as well as the meats! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Shelves are always fully stocked! Great place to food shop!

I had a great experience at this Publix. I went on 11/21/24 around 4pm. There was a wide variety of items and I was able to find everything I needed (gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options too!!). The staff was extremely helpful. I stopped at the deli section and the woman filling my request was kind and efficient, even when she had to go to the back to get what I wanted. The cashier working the register and his bagger were both kind, and even offered to help me out to my car, with my three giant packs of water bottles. I declined but thanked them. Once in the parking lot, I was greeted by a very kind worker who offered to help load my car, though I also declined, as I could get it done myself well enough. When I had to go back inside to return something, the woman working the service desk was very kind. I returned to my car to realize my phone was missing, and prepared to head back into the store to search, when the worker outside ran up to me, explaining he found it left in my cart, and was worried I had left the store without it!!! Very admirable and honest young man!!! I would definitely return to this store.

Brand new location on Avalon road right next to the Waterleigh community. I love it!
Tons and tons of parking. Drive thru pharmacy. Publix liquors available.
I can't wait to shop here again.
Deli on the inside made for catering to custom or large orders.
Lots of seating available on the upstairs level to enjoy your deli or Publix meal .
Reserve parking for curbside pickup.
Well-stocked shelves with the usual Publix deals and pricing.

Customer service basics:
If a customer has to wait in line because of confusion over a coupon with the customer in front of them, there are two things to do when interacting with them. First acknowledge them while the wait is happening (sorry sir, this will just take a moment) and then just simply apologize for the wait.
Don't use phrases like "I know how you feel." Making assumptions can be belittling towards a guest.
Generally great service here. Please use this as a learning moment.

I love how convenient the location is, but I have to say, the produce quality here is the worst I’ve ever seen. I have to drive an extra 15 minutes to Walmart for produce because of how bad the produce here is. Everything rots in 2-3 days. Strawberries are in season yet they are hard the bitter and end up inedible very quickly. It’s just disappointing because I usually love Publix produce and normally wouldn’t dream of going to Walmart instead of Publix for it.
