Publix Supermarket is the premier supermarket chain in the south. The Publix in Vestavia, Alabama is no exception. The store is conveniently located just off highway 31 in the heart of the Vestavia community. I am always pleased with the cleanliness of the store. The shelves are always well stocked and orderly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I must say that the deli and the meat departments are the best you will find anywhere in town. The store also has an excellent bakery as well as a top of the line pharmacy. This supermarket is a full service market. I highly recommend Publix at Vestavia.

Always a pleasure to visit this beautiful and well designed Supermarket. Publix is one of the best if not the best grocery chains in North America. The customer service is impeccable. Special thanks and proper Accolades to Jamal a young African American Man that is a delight to just chat with on the way into and out of your store. Thank you again to the Pharmacy Crew and All of the Team Leads for keeping everyone encouraged and on the Correct Course. Be East Breezy Fresh and Flavorful all day everyday. Be Safe and make sure to take care of yourselves while service the Public as Well. Oh and the WiFi and the bathrooms and the side walks are clean as well. My favorite Publix in Vestavia put out their Christmas bows today! ❤️ Love this store and the young man, Clay, who always takes me to the items I can’t find!! He doesn’t tell me where they are; he takes me!!! Awesome service! That’s why I shop at Publix!

This is the place to order cakes for birthdays, graduations, even pet’s birthdays, or any other time you need a cake. I have ordered cakes from this bakery for many years now. My grandson‘s birthday cake always is prepared by this bakery and even my cat Kricket had her first birthday cake made by these artistic ladies. Olga is my go-to person that always helps me design the cake that I need for a special occasion. The bakery also gives free cookies to children when they come in; but they must be accompanied by an adult. This is because some children have food allergies, so they have to have an adult with them to get a free cookie.
I visited my favorite Publix today to get the ingredients for homemade vegetable soup! The employee named Rogers, in the meat department, cut the boneless chuck the exact size I needed and helped me pick out the soup bones to complete my Daddy’s recipe!

I love this place. I had to return some cat litter that weighed 25 pounds and Justin, one of the managers, offered to come out to my car and get it out of my trunk . Then he proceeded to give me a gift card for the amount of the litter, so I could do my shopping. Its the little things like this that keep me coming back. The customer service is exceptional!

Im intown working from Florida, and was happy Publix was in the area. I purschased a 10piece baked wings and was totally grossed out. Some of the wings had little hairs from the bird that is ok but not ok, however there was one that had the feathers. Totally disgusting because some person cooked it and then put it in a container to sell it. I know this is not the quality of Publix nor the service they render.
