I have bought fried chicken. And everytime I feel to buy fried chicken is burn up. This kids who are working there don’t give a dam. It’s not good business… I bee looking for another place. Hope supervision read this massage. It’s not free chicken.

On February26, 2025 I called the bakery in trail winds to order a birthday cake for my grandson who was here from Indianapolis Indiana. Family was coming in for a funeral service on Saturday, March 1 and staying over to celebrate the birthday on Sunday, March 2. The cake I ordered was a chocolate cake, chocolate fudge filling and chocolate frosting. I wanted it fresh so I did not pick it up until the morning of the brunch.

The cake was picked up at 9:30 AM the morning of March 2 to be served at lunchtime and, how disappointing. The cake was stale and dry. I am a committed public shopper and shop at PUBLIX several times a week but I will never order another cake from the bakery. It was very disheartening and disappointing. No excuse for this result

This Publix is excellent EXCEPT for the deli. We go by there on our way home from work many times during the week and I always have a pleasant shopping experience. I have ordered 4-5 times online from the deli and every single time the order is wrong. This time, my French Onion London Broil Sub was supposed to come with fried onions. The onions were raw. If it was every once in a while, it would be different. I’m exhausted continually giving the deli chances. Do better!

Grocery part is good, Pharmacy is not! I was told Rx would be ready Friday at 3. It is now Monday evening, I’ve been out of Tx since Friday morning and in pain. After seeing MD Friday Rx was written but pharmacy mgr Sharon refused to fill as written until she spoke to my doctor. She did not ever speak with my MD but another in clinic who rewrote it to pharmacist recommended dose half what the doctor and I discussed! I will no longer do business with Publix. I will travel out of my way to not give them another dime. She had no business interfering with my health care. She is not a medical doctor she might be a doctor of pharmacy but she does not (hopefully) have access to my medical records. Shame on Publix! I will be contacting state Attorneys office, medical board, my insurance company, Publix corporate and anyone else I can think of.

First time at this lication and was total fail ... Ordered a sanwich at 11 am for 11:30 pickup here I'm standing here at 1150 my order wasnt even started yet .I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break and walked out now with no lunch today ......im very dissapointed .had this happen only one other time another store I been to

My new favorite Publix. Appears as a brand new store which is much larger and nicer than the prior publix I use to go to. A ton of BOGO items! It's also cleaner, has more items in stock and very nice workers. They try and keep the shelves stocked and organized and will even look in the back for an item you might be looking for. Another plus is they have self check out! I will continue to shop here since also close to home. Give them a try!
