This Publix location is just like the others—consistently excellent. Customer service is a solid 10/10, the environment is welcoming, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The only downside is the pricing; you’re definitely paying a premium, but the service makes up for it. Stick to the Buy One Get One deals, and you’ll never be disappointed.

Today was just a quick lunch stop—turkey and provolone, simple but perfect. Publix quality never misses.

We enjoy the cafe area upstairs where we meet weekly for Bible study, but for probably the last month the deli options have NOT been good. Some sandwich toppings have been completely empty and I've been told repeatedly "we're out of that" when I know they use condiments and produce that are sold in-store and 9 time out of 10 the soda machine is pouring out clear liquid OR they have soda but no cups. Ive gotten old chicken more times than I can remember and these costs add up. The deli chicken sandwich (not the prepared one) I bought just yesterday was not good, chicken was chewy and they didn't have the appropriate condiments and so I wasted half the sandwich. I don't know if management has changed recently but this place used to be better.

Disappointed with the attitude of some of the employees here. Very rude and unfriendly, pushy, and just not up to the Publix standard. The Doug Baker location across the street is always friendly, professional and courteous to the customers. This location has some very eccentric and rather odd behaving individuals. I wish they would have a more standard hiring protocol and educate their employees on proper customer etiquette.

The first four photos show how the deli department put the price sticker over the zip part of the bag, and to cut the label which caused the bag to be cut, that's an issue that needs fixing. Those zipper lock bags are useful. The purpose of having the bags to store the lunch meat in why would you put a label over that part of the package, it makes it useless instead of useful. The photos of the roast beef my goodness they need more training on how to slice the product, so that you can make/use the deli meat as a sandwich slice. Annoying as to what I have to say about this. Very disappointed at the Publix deli department of cold cuts and cheese etc. P.S. this is for all Publix deli departments to be aware of.

Do not buy meat from this location. Without exaggeration this Publix has sold spoiled meat not once, not twice, but well over 10 times in the past two years. Hamburger and cheap cuts are one thing, but my $20 dollar steak being spoiled is the last straw and I will be purchasing meat elsewhere. Management needs to fire the butcher at this location, they are an absolute liability!

I love Publix and this one has all the reasons why. Beautifully stocked produce section, a vibrant lovely floral dept, bright clean atmosphere and customer service with a smile.
Now all locations give me a deer in headlights look whenever I order the advertised vegan sandwich option at the deli, but I usually have time to walk them thru making it and that coupled with their friendly service still gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

The deli staff here is... Either uncaring or just not trained enough. Not all of them of course but I've had more poor interactions than good ones. My deli meat being mislabeled, poor slicing and dirty slicers. My order even forgotten about. I believe I even got mild food poisoning from one of the deli subs, my stomach was cramping for days.
