Publix outstanding reputation spans assuredly over each location, without doubt! Customer service is typically consistent, no matter what state I’m in. It’s impressive and notably add to the shopping experience overall.

Also, thanks to Mya (3/25/25) @6:30p for generously holding my shopping hand basket while I ran back out to my vehicle to retrieve my I.D. I had told her she could set the basket on the floor, while I ran out. But, she insisted that she’d hold it for me, no problem. Just the little things that go a long way.

I love this Publix! Everyone is so friendly and helpful- from the folks at bakery and deli- to the managers and everyone in that store!
Monica, at the bakery is the best! She’s super sweet and always lets you know what special treats they’re working on!

Everything was clean, fresh, and associates were friendly and helpful. The young man getting the carts in stopped to help me and answer questions. It was my first time in the area. A great experience!

Outside of the deli this is a normal, good Publix. But my god the people that work behind the counter are the laziest, least hardworking, inept people. At least in the evening. If you ever want to order a sub from there, make sure to do it while capable management is there prior to leaving at 4. Because after that pickup times mean nothing, your sandwich will be made at a 10 minute pace, and don’t worry, they’ll definitely forget something you requested on it. If anyone from management sees this, please include a deli manager to supervise because they need it. This has become an extremely frequent thing.

Management has made this store impossible to navigate. Over the last year or so they’ve added so many little main isle displays that it’s so hard to get around even on a regular week day. I counted 15+ displays in the middle of the two main isles. These isles constantly have people turning carts and are obviously busier than the other small isles that run front to back so it’s insane to me to crowd them as much as possible with mostly stuff no one wants. Corporate either needs to expand the store or y’all gotta simmer down on all this extra product placement. It’s something somebody fresh out of college would do😂 on paper it seems like a great idea but in practice it’s terrible idea bc people like me can’t stand it and go elsewhere, not to mention that it slows the store’s flow therefore slowing down the amount of sales. Get my drift? It’s crazy please make Publix walkable again.

So who is this supposed manager? He let a Hispanic customer get punched by a white customer and told to go back to her country. He said they don’t have cameras and can’t do anything? I HIGHLY doubt he couldn’t help her. He doesn’t look fully white himself. Sad. Do better.

Terrible customer service. A hispanic lady was verbally and physically abused at the store and they did nothing to help her. Told her that they had no cameras and did not offer anything. She cried out for help and no employees or the manager did anything to help her. Bunch of racist.

Their deli doesn't contact you if you order online and they don't have the sandwich or wrap. They wasted my lunch break and now I'm hangry. Also since I paid beforehand I had to call to get a refund. This place sucks.
