Biggest Scammers Ever!
This company is a complete rip-off and a scam. I was parked at 3400 E Atlantic while my nephew ran inside to buy a polo. I never left my vehicle, was parked right behind the store I was shopping at, and a few weeks later, I got a ridiculous $85 parking bill in the mail.

I called to dispute it, and the customer service was horrible—the person on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. This is completely unacceptable. How can you charge someone for parking when they are literally shopping at the business the lot is for?

This company is nothing more than a money-grabbing scam that preys on people. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and warning everyone I know to avoid any location they manage!

This company is a scam... do not pay it... they seem to have issues with their system alot. I luve in the upper midwest and believe they are randomly sending unpaid notices in the hope that the recipient pays. When disputed they require you to prove it was not you. 3 emails, 2 calls and it was cleared from my name. Fraud.

This parking management is HORRIBLE! If I could give negative star I would. This company ticketed me over a year ago with 0 notifications, no call,text, mail absolutely nothing. On top of that they included a picture of my vehicle DRIVING!! How are you going to ticket me when the photo clearly shows that my vehicle is DRIVING NOT PARKED. And did not show proof of a physical ticket. I only found out from these scam of a tickets from getting an actual parking ticket yesterday. On top of that for my dispute they denied when I showed proof that my car was not even parked. I was driving This is absurd

What a scam. Pulled into a parking lot In Miami and paid on my phone within 5 minutes of parking. 2 days later I received a notices saying I owe 115 dollars. Can’t call to dispute but can call and pay. What and absolute joke this is. Pretty sad a company has to do this.

Scammers. Wish the city would do something about this company but they ppm brings in too much money. They’ll ticket you and not allow you to dispute over the phone, the tickets are always pretty bogus too.

Absolutely the worst l. They tried giving me a ticket in my own personal parking spot which was assigned on my lease contract with my labels and garage access clearly attached to my car. Provided evidence on the same day. Don’t waste your time trying to get support, they clearly don’t want to help. And I clearly won’t pay either.

This company manages centennial park in Munster indiana. In indiana disabled veterans are allowed to park in metered spaces for free. This is a state law. I sent in the appropriate paperwork to confirm so, and they sent back a load of bullshit saying free parking is a “courtesy “ given in some municipalities. Bold face lie. They operate out of fort Lauderdale florida and have no idea what indiana law is. Trash company and shame on anyone giving them buisness.

What a horrible experience. They say there are signs throughout the property but there were not and the properties who use their services are low down. If I could give them a 0 I would. I went to visit my sister then expect visitors to know just going into the the elevator to read. Just a scam to get money
