We never have a good experience. Always get wrong order or missing items. Today picked up a cheesesteak and the cheese was all crusted over and old. I’m pregnant and struggle to and was looking forward to it and I got this. It was inedible. Not only was it gross wasn’t a full sandwich. Brought it back and came back better still burnt. So I had to take it back again. I’m pregnant and hungry and I can’t eat food I paid a lot of money for and can’t eat it.

I am from out of town and this is the third time ordering when I’m in town visiting Each time I have placed an order online and picked up it has never been right from this Swedesboro NJ location I am originally from NJ and have ordered from other locations with any issues in the past. Something was wrong with my order every time. The order I placed today I requested pickles hot and sweet peppers on the side. My husband drove 25 mins to pick up and of course when he got back they were not in bag. I called to advise the store that again my order was not right and was advise sarcastically “what do you want me to do about it?” This infuriated me because these sandwiches are expensive and customers should only expect the best being from Primos I told him I was It’s not like I’m around the corner to go pick up the sides and that they need to be more diligent to be sure the orders are correct before leaving the store Especially with online orders that it’s all truly in black and white These nothing worst than having a craving for something and then not being able to satisfy it along with paying for it and never receiving it.

Ezpensive place$$ Sandwhich was pretty good. Rolls are a little hard, though, and no wheat rolls.

I just had the most horrible experience. I was trying to eat a chicken diablo hoagie. I took 2 bites, then on the 3rd bite, I bit down and the chicken wasn’t breaded, it was hard, rubbery, and completely inedible. I threw up a few seconds later. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Trust me, you can find better sandwiches out there that won't make you sick.

EDIT: I filled out the form from the response to this review. The link led me to a number for customer service. I told them exactly what happened, and they took my number said they would reach out with a solution in 24 hours, that was 4 days ago. I know they won't help, and I really don't care. It seems to me like they only respond to LOOK like they care about customer service issues. They won't really do anything about their lack of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

I didn’t want to be THAT customer that comes in immediately after the store opens, but I was pleasantly surprised to get amazing and positive service right at 10:02 AM. I was greeted by a really nice person by the name of Em, who took my order and seemed genuinely sweet. Her smile and positivity started off my day wonderfully and made me feel welcome!! She also made sure I got all the toppings I wanted on my sandwich!!
My mild italian sandwich was sliced perfectly and put on a freshly baked roll which was delicious!!
The environment when I sat down to eat was wonderful!! I am glad they had on morning sports talk, as that’s my go to in the morning!! I also loved the general atmosphere with the brick walls and pictures around me!!
I am definitely going to be back again!!!

Besides the fact that they are always slow. Today I went in and was told my order would be another 5 min later. I went and sat down, went back to the counter 10 min later and my order was just sitting! No one bothered to tell me. Then I get home to this ?! I called and they said this was normal. Who eats bread like this?

The food is ridiculously overpriced and they also charge over a $1.85 for a .35 cent bag a chips it seems like since Covid everybody is forced to pay absurd prices for poor quality

Having a large clientele their food is always fresh because of the turnover. The bread is excellent which makes their sandwiches. There are plenty of tables if you want to eat there but most take out. Last but important is that the place is always clean.
