I went in to get a couple cute new outfits for a conference. I didn’t know if I wanted dressy or casual or somewhere in between and I’m certainly not a natural fashionista. Mackenzie put together a bunch of outfits for me to try and we found the perfect ones! I felt great in my clothes and the shopping experience was 10 stars. Thank you!

Enjoy shopping at Pretty Please Boutique!! The selection of clothing is so beautiful, different and easy to fall in love with while trying them on. Enjoy working with the sale associate!! They are very supportive, knowledgeable and ready to suggest an idea to bring an outfit together!! Can't say enough awesome things about the boutique and staff!! This review is for their location on Lincoln - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a shirt off the sale rack only to find there was a hole in it. Came back seeking store credit and was told that is not their store policy. They don't do store credit or refunds - period. This was only $21. I also spent $60 on one pair of shorts while I was there last time. I would have come back and shopped often in the future - which is the whole point of keeping good customers by doing the right thing. That is how you lose customers and tarnish your reputation. You sell $21 garbage and then tell someone to get lost when they would like you to make it right. This is bad customer service 101. Don't shop here, don't shop here, don't shop here! Plenty of other places with good customer service that you could give your business to.

Been shopping at pretty please for at least 10 years. Almost the only place I shop along with Daisy, blue and now rays. Love all of their clothes and go back frequently.

I love this Boutique, it's definitely one of the best in the Cave Creek/Carefree area. They have lots of cute clothes and jewelry and the merchandise changes fairly frequently; it's a great place to get gifts for my girlfriends and nieces. If I ever feel like getting something new but don't want to do major shopping or driving this is the place I head to. The prices are really good too, you can find things from like $30 to $70 and up. I am bummed that they scaled back their jeans selection but they do have a few brands still.
