I purchased an ID4 for my wife for valentines day. It was a last minute purchase and Justin Barner made it a breeze. Bro really rose to challenge with a price I was comfortable with as well as giving me free mats. Justin also came through with a big red bow to surprise her with. Which should be included with any vehicle that's 47K but I digress. He also went the extra mile and drove 40 minutes not only once but twice to drop the plates and VW charger at my home. I took my car to this dealership to get fixed. They told me it would be $1,400 to fix. I got another estimate from a mechanic and they said the part with labor was $212. I called to tell them I didn’t want my car serviced there anymore literally less than 20 minutes after and they said it was already done. So I paid $1000 for 15 minutes of labor. I will never return there for services ever again !

Volkswagen and prestige have the most helpful service I have ever dealt with. I had to stop in to replace my key fob batteries and I can’t tell you how nice and kind everyone was to me, I did not realize I arrived when the people who replaced the batteries were leaving for the day, but they got it done for me and were kind gentleman about it. I truly appreciate the help I recieved today and thank you for always taking care of us. We love our Volkswagen and will always be a loyal customer!

Second visit to Prestige for service on my 2017 Golf Sportwagen and can't say enough good things about this dealership. It is a 45 minute drive from my home which, includes passing another VW Dealership 1/3 of the way there. Two earlier services that I had at that dealership left me feeling abused and not trusting anything they say. I highly recommend Prestige.
