I went to drop off a parcel lunchtime, 13th Nov, and had a blank on using the scanner. The Asian man in the store just kept saying "follow the instructions" and would not help further, even when I asked him to. There was a customer waiting behind me. This carried on for some time until I figured it out. I won't be going back there. Customers are the ones who give the business, so it pays to be polite and helpful to them.

It seems that rudeness to people dropping off parcels is commonplace at this store. I just dropped off a Yodal parcel and had a very unpleasant interaction with the man behind the cashier who was rude, pushy, uncooperative, and unhelpful. It seems like I'm not the only one to have received this kind of treatment. I understand that having people drop off parcels is not the main activity of the shop, but it left me wanting to never come back again, and to tell the man that he shouldn't be this rude to a pregnant woman (not that he noticed). A little kindness goes a long way.

Shocking service. Why deal with parcels if you hate any one that’s collecting or dropping off. Just don’t offer the service. So rude to people. Unfortunately It’s my local shop, I see the utter disdain repeatedly.

Ive been coming to this shop ever since i moved to bedminster and all the staff have been amazing to me specially the taller guy with the mustache is always amazing to me. Thanks a lot

Behind the counter is this rude little man with a dark beard, wearing a bandana. He seems to favour certain customers whilst ignoring others, having them wait while serving others who even entered the shop way after you. Being overly friendly to these seemingly preferred customers, while rude to others for no obvious reason, A few years ago it was a much more pleasant shop. Now I will avoid.

Extraordinarily helpful staff! Came to deliver two parcels, there was a problem with one and they were super helpful and attentive, even peeling labels off for me and making sure everything got packaged well. Will be giving them more custom for sure!

I was shocked and upset here today by a rude member of staff. I have been in a few times and it has been OK but there was a man working there today who was downright rude to me. I had been given a bar code to be scanned for a UPS return parcel. After ignoring me for a while and listening to his music, I showed him the code and he muttered something about it being an old method. I had only received the code the day before so I checked back at the email and showed him that it said to take it to a UPS drop off and they would scan the code. He then said "I have told you and you are not listening'. I was very polite to him and felt like he was unfriendly and downright rude. I definitely will not be returning here.
