I do not appreciate being called names under the nose just because I am a customer that came to purchase something. As if I am the problem you do not want my custom. Terrible. Seems like the neighbourhood could do with a better shop. The old tiny fat lady should get a smile from time to time please.

Very nice and capable staff other than the one who's named T---. YES YOU ALL KNOW WHO IT IS!!!
Retraining or P45 required. ASAP!!!I have spent 20+ years spending my money in this store and will not spend anymore until she is gone or been told the customer is always right. Very very very much unliked by all neighbours on Hutcheon street.......

Staff is nice but if you are craving for chocolate fudge and thinking to visit their bakery, trust me you will regret. Their chocolate fudge can give you diabetes. Utter disappointment! It was too dry and hard as well because the casing was not sealed properly. Otherwise obviously as because it’s 24/7 so you can go anytime. But i really really really wish that they improve their bakery as well.

Bought 2 sticky toffee pudding with custard which they make themselves in the shop. Also purchased a slice of double chocolate cake & a slice of Victoria sponge cake. When i got home I noticed the sticky toffee pudding is dated 18/7 ! Todays date is 13/9 !
I phoned to tell them the person who answered the phone said it was a mistake. I didnt even get a thank you for telling them about their mistake!
To top it all the Victoria sponge slice gave me a upset tummy. Will not be going back !

Went to your shop the past two days at approximately 1 am .four times my card took an age to authorise only to be declined.was told by the staff member at that time of day the card machine is dodgy. In a pandemic we are told to use a card as much as possible
No point in your shop cant imagin the sales you lose because of this issue. Bad way to run a business

I normally go to this shop pretty offen if my local shops are closed I bought 2 elf bars about 3 months ago when they was still trying to get away with selling them £7.99 per elf bar disposable vape and they was fine but the owner was just that greedy because the shops open 24hr obv didn't work he dropped them out putting them up to that high of price so now there £5.99 I bought one for myself and one for my partner one didn't even give him 180 puffs if he even got that and my one gave maybe 60 puffs then tasted totally burnt partner called he said I'll sort it this time and BC I went in and about a year ago I thought I was charged about £5 more than it should've been but they checked said it was exactly what it came to I paid so I apologized for my mistake but BC of that he recognised me and refused our money bk wouldn't even change the flavours for us even tho we should have been untitled to our money refunded because they were faulty anyhow we just took same 2 from him and left they both died before no more than 200 puffs mine and my parents it says if they replace the item and the same happens Ur untitled to a full refund the cheek of the owner after giving me a replacement said won't change flavour but he'd take the replacement that was unopened bk and giv me £3 half of what I paid then he'd just have put it back onto shelf and got 6 pound it's a rip off but people have said to us u can buy fakes that don't giv you no where near the 600 puffs and me and my other half think there selling fakes you get for £1 in Manchester ect it's disgusting how we were and still are being treated littetly horrid never would I suggest anyone to buy elf bars from l&m 24hr shop lost Mary's seem to be okay

Totally unprofessional that they are not open as it is expected. I don't know if it is the company policy to have their customer waiting outside untill they find appropriate to go back to their duties. Sunday 23rd July at 0323.
