My wife purchased a pair of shoes (clogs). When the shoes came. There was a large blemish on top next to the laces on one shoe. It looked like a mouse or a rat had scratched the leather.

The reason for my discontent is a company like Prada should have somebody observing products before they package them. There must’ve been a blind man packaging these shoes because they looked absolutely horrible.

Immediately after opening, my wife sent them back with this content, and they assumed the shoes had been worn and returned them in the exact same condition to us.

Obviously, this company is living on the coattails of their prior history. Very poor customer service I would never use this company again.

I will never go back to this prada store in beverly hills because the sales agent guy who assisted me shouted and humiliate me. If I will buy a luxury item and spend thousands of dollar, I would like to get only the best. So this guy was giving me the last stock pair of shoes that i asked him. The strap has noticeble wrinkled and I am not happy about it. When I told him i am not getting it. He shouted at me like everybody heared it. I felt dissapointed so I just get out of the store. It is my first time to be embarassed like that. I went to hermes, louis vuitton, dior, etc and bought stuffs and they assisted me there magnificent. Lesson: If the store or sales agent disresfect you, don't buy to them. Don't give them insentives!!. Buy to other branch or S.A. remember you are nt only paying for the luxury but also for the experience.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought a pair of shoes and asked the sales associate to ship them to my home state since I was visiting LA. Guess what? She didn’t ship them. On top of that, she gave me the wrong receipt, which I only noticed when I got to my hotel.
I called the store repeatedly, but no one picked up. Eventually, I found a customer service email, and they finally shipped my item—10 days later. Not once did they apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience.
This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this store to anyone!

Prada is what I love, and Prada’s what I came for. Unfortunately, customer service here has gone downhill as they refused to repair the tear in my barely worn jacket despite my husband dropping almost 3K on the thing! Still, they do have overall the same quality if you can afford extremely high prices, which is to say, top quality. Good location in Beverly Hills.
