The driver of truck #3381 used a private business parking lot as a roadway and parking lot to go to a business across the street. When confronted he was incredibly rude and had a pathetic attitude. We clearly have it posted parking for our customers and unattended vehicles will be towed at owners expense. If this individual is a representative of the way you do business you'll be out of business soon.
