I have had a mailbox at this store for over a year for my business (immigration law firm) and I have been very happy with the service here. The staff are always very friendly and it really feels like a neighborhood store. I also ship documents out from this store from time to time and the shipping service has also been very good. Five stars!

I had to send a parcel to the east coast and was short on time so visited this place just last week. I got an amazing deal in terms of the cost and the customer service representative was really helpful he patiently took me through the whole process.

Do not go here! They are extremely rude to customers. They will take people who come in after you and push you aside if they don’t want to handle your package. They will roll their eyes and get angry if you have more than one package. They charge $7 more than the post office to send out the same package which is higher than any other place around. They don’t read the packages properly. Horrible service. We will never go back there. The lady behind us actually cried at their behavior towards her and her one package. Come on do better. BBB has been contacted.

The Owner is very friendly and his customer service vision reflects in his staff's behavior, always friendly and suggestive. I have seen many other customers having the same good vibe with their service.

All the ratings for these guys are family and friends. Terrible customer service. They treated me like garbage and basically refused to help me because it was just a FedEx drop off. Would have loved to give them more business. That won’t be happening. I do not recommend this location.
