Terrible service. The lady that works there hates her job and you can tell from the moment you walk in there. Shes rude, unhelpful, and clearly is unhappy with herself so she decides to take it out on the people who walk in there. Clearly should not be working in customer service. I saw a previous review of a customer who experienced the same thing and the business claimed to be under "new ownership" but it's clear that they kept that same lady working there. I asked her when her manager would be in and her response was "im not going to give you that information." I would recommend you look elsewhere for any shipping related needs, as the service is just not there at this place.

Super friendly and always helpful. This shipping store has been so much more convenient than going to the post office. I’ve mailed out packages, dropped off packages, had documents notarized, and bought stamps too! Highly recommend...

Always friendly and accommodating. Their located near my house in larkfield with is far more convenient than driving to the post office.When my printer is out of ink postal plus will also print shipping labels for me at a small fee , they also have a few copiers and fax services which work for my small business needs,,

Love this place! I have an etsy shop and use Postal Plus Inc. to ship all my orders!! Super friendly, loves kids (I havea 5 year old and 2 year old that I bring with me all the time!) Always friendly, always attentive, and always helpful!!!!!!! The new owners have been here a year or so and it now feels like a nice neighborhood mail center!

Don't go in, especially if you have kids with you.

I was trying to get a couple of packages sent off, with two kids in tow. The prices sounded high, but even worse, the woman behind the counter had only pure contempt for me and my children. I have never been treated so poorly at a business as I was at Postal Plus.
