Bad mannered cashier. I ask the price of a product, since many products don't have a price tag. A lady standing right next to the cashier told me 14. I repeated 14? And was answered: yes. Some minutes later I buy the item. The price is wrong, 16+tax. I say: I just asked and I was told 14. The cashier replied: I wasn't the one that told you that in bad manners. That's it. No apologies. He just handed me the ticket. I understand that anybody makes mistakes. I just expect at least an apology instead of bad manners. Not returning. Bye

It's my favorite nook.... very cozy and filled with lots of gems. Great book offerings and lots of other things. I always enjoy stopping by!! And it's in Chelsea market so there's a lot to see on your way to it.

Fantastic bookstore located in Chelsea Market with a wide variety of books very well displayed! Amongst other fun gifts, toys, puzzles etc. Staff were very friendly, conveniently located inside Chelsea Market.

There are so many special things, it's like a treasure hunt house. Every detail and every corner feels like there are special little things. You need to spend time to find them. You can also find the out-of-print jellycat here. If you want to buy souvenirs about New York or choose a special gift, this is definitely a good choice.
