Dismissive, attentive until you make a purchase/spend money, poor communication skills, inconsistencies with what the website says and what you get/when you get your equipment. Got my product a month after the quoted time and only found out after reaching out to update my address. Had i not i would not have been notified. They somehow found solace in letting me know at the last minute and did not view the circumstance as a blunder on their end.

Unremorseful and have zero accountability. These people do produce a decent quality product but the ordering experience is piss poor. Would not recommend and would not buy again. I think they've gotten too comfortable with being the longest running and conflating that with being the best which somehow gives them the impression they can be careless with customers. They typically point the finger and immediately are combative to bad reviews. Look at the responses they gave to other bad reviews, zero decorum. They appear to take a "never wrong" stance.

Sink was worth the wait for sure. We ordered our portable hair sink Mid September and received it before the end of October. After much research and many searches on sinks, we wound up choosing Portabe Sink Depot. Although a bit more costly than the others out there, we loved how clean, professional, and well made the unit appeared. We also loved that the unit offered a stronger water pump, 60 PSI, which would provide us with enough preassure to ensure we can thoroughly rinse any chemicals in our clients hair.

We have had our Sink a little over a few weeks now and have used it multiple times and love it. A couple extra jugs on the side and you're set to take on your busy day of hair clients.

I'll be updating more in a few months and possibly doing a review of this Portable Hair Sink via YOU Tube.

I purchased my sink and was so excited. It works great but I did not receive my complete order. I'm missing additional water tanks. I have made several attempts since December 2024 and to no avail.
When you call the company there is no answer you have to send emails and pray someone promptly responds. It's funny how when you first order the response and phone calls are timely and on point from the company.
But when there's a problem no action, help or concern.
Maybe the size of my business order was small this time but customer service is apart of having great business relationship. I have read some of the reviews that received 1 stars but the disrespectful comments from the company is appalling. If the rating is low the service maybe poor. I don't like leaving bad comments but waiting for what has been paid for is stressing. This was supposed to help me work more efficiently. I had to buy other waste water tubs but I just want the products in which was paid or a refund.

I purchased a black portable shampoo bowl, with rollers, plus an extra fresh water and grey water reservoir. I am completely satisfied with the unit. It appears to be a quality product; it was simple to set up; and it is simple to operate. The unit also has a very nice look to it.

The portable shampoo bowl is an excellent tool for those who find a need for such equipment, but have no plumbing. The sink boasts a ledge which can be used to store products. The water pump provides more than adequate pressure from the installed sprayer. The temperature on the water heater can be adjusted, and I find the amount of hot water it supplies to be sufficient for even my busiest days. Everything (both fresh water and grey water reservoirs, water heater, and water pump) is conveniently packaged within the cabinet, making for a compact and elegant looking unit.

If you’re thinking about getting the portable shampoo bowl DO IT!! I was looking to purchase a portable shampoo bowl for my beauty studio and after doing my research I decided to go with Portable Sink Depot because they had the best features and I’m so glad I did. The customer service was excellent and they answered all of the questions I had. The package came wrapped perfectly with no damage and the modern look was even better in person and exactly what I was looking for and more. It’s so spacious and easy to use. I ordered a sink in November 2021 and I've been using it almost everyday since then. It's absolutely amazing! Having a portable sink makes it so I can move into any space and not have to worry about plumbing. The sink I got does hot and cold water and the little water heater that comes with it is super efficient and quick. It's really simple to refill and empty out the removable tanks. I love my sink so much that I had to buy another one. Portable Sink Depot has amazing customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
